I think a better comparison would have been the TRX4m Bronco vs the SCX24 Jeep. They should also both be stock or modded equally to make an apples to apples comparison. You have a very nice course.
Yeah I don’t have the jeep or the money to spend on all the upgrades necessary for a closer comparison so this was the best I could do. Thanks for watching
i think the scx24 would have had similar approach issues if it had the stock bumper installed. not as drastic but it would reduce the approach angle slightly
Me personally I think if they were both in stock form, the bronco would’ve done better, both definitely good rig’s although I prefer the bronco. You also have a very nice course.
That’s awesome!!! I think if you want to modify a truck then the scx24 but If you want just a great truck with hardly any upgrades, then the trx4m but I mean you can’t go wrong with either!
@JustGrant25 I'm not sure I even bought a new motor I've taken the trans apart everything and nothing has helped so I'm going to replace tje bushings with bearings see if that helps.
@@docholiday9786 hmmmm that’s a good idea could it also be the ESC? I’m just thinking because that’s what chooses how much power to give it in the low gear
Great trucks and review! 👍

Nice comparison on a really awesome course. Well done!
Thanks! I love the course too I’ll definitely be going back there more often!
Can you remove the front and rear bumpers on the bronco like you can’t with the 1/10 model?
You can but the body clips in on the bumpers so you would have to mount the body in a different way
Good vid. Get rid of the stock tires on the Bronco. They're junk. I put injora s5 compound crawler tires and brass beadlocks. Wow, what a difference!!
Oooo good to know! I’ll keep that mind whenever I upgrade them. I bet the brass beadlocks help a lot too! Thanks for watching!
The brass beadlocks made a huge difference. They weigh 42g per wheel, so you get good weight down low.
@jonathanmcdonald5411 wow that’s a lot of weight! Does it affect the servo or motor at all?
It hasn't bothered the servo. I changed the motor to a injora 48t and I'm runnin the Traxxas crawler gears and metal diff gears. So far, it's awesome!
@jonathanmcdonald5411 wow so you really beefed up the drivetrain! That’s sick dude!

Yeah that’s a good point I think it would for sure

Yeah I agree if they were both stock the bronco would take the cake for sure thanks!
the problem with micro crawlers is that they are far too light to compress the tyres so they don't get enough contact on the ground.
Yeah that is certainly a problem with them although if you add some brass weighted parts and take the foams out of your tires it helps quite a lot
Just the vid I was looking for! What would you recommend more? I like the scx 24

I like mods so ill get the deadbolt @@JustGrant25
Really good one!
Imo...this is not stock against stock....lol..you had upgrades on the scx24
That’s true I don’t think it would be worth it to take all the mods off just for the video tho lol
My deadbolt doesn't seem to have much power in low gear but my c10 does. Something is definitely wrong with it😊
Interesting I wonder why that would be?

@JustGrant25 didn't think of that thanks again
Np! Good luck!
