very nice, any tips on landing the air stomp gimmick after the air combo?
This one is something I’m still trying to master myself but I’ve learned that if you land two air stomp into heavy HPx2, if the last one connects, it sets you up for a safe jump. From there you can choose to go anywhere, air stomp mix up, grabs, fireball mixups, etc. I hope that helps
I don't play chun myself, but word on the street is that the trick is to do the first stomp immediately, delay the second one until opponent starts falling, and then just mash out the HPs. That shoudl get you all 4 hits and teh safejump
I have one question the safe jump 2mk is there a timing to get the second jump into the other over head. First match showcase vs the cammy
Are you asking to set the safe jump up or after the opponent is getting up? Cause I do 2mk into HK or another stomp depending on the situation. If it’s to set it up, I usually delay it about 1 to half a second before I use HP to set it up. It’s important that both HP connects to make it easier but if one just connects, your timing on the safe jump is different.
