Once I ate murukulu which was crisp on the outside but very soft on the inside - was enjoyed by all old people. How do I make muruku crispy but still soft to chew maam?
Sorry..I never checked the time. It may take around 2 minutes. After pressing the murukku into hot oil, do not disturb it for around 30 seconds, then flip it often and fry. When the bubbles are stopped, take them out. You can easily make out.

Sure..Please try. It comes out good. Do not disturb it immediately after pressing the murukku into the oil. It will not break.
