We're back at Stockton flea market selling a bunch of stuff that we picked up recently, most of which was free. So you know what that means... it's all profit! How much can we make (after expenses) after a long day at the market? Let's find out! But besides the sales and shenanigans with buyers out there, one long time customer confronts me over something I did.
We'll be selling the best items from our purchases on Whatnot. The links are above to sign up and get a free $15 credit to spend, and here is the link directly to our next show. Join us for some live auction fun!

The dude with the wig😂Such a wonderful character!
I totally agree! His laughter was sincere. And I bet his wife got a good laugh from his wig!😂
Great to see a flea market video again.
Integrity... a couple days ago we were out at a lake-wide area yard sale and my husband wanted some long framing pieces (construction materials) but had boot shoelaces in his hand. He put the boot laces in his pocket (sticking out) to pick up the pieces upon finding the price - told me what to pay the gal collecting the money what the amount was so I did. We then were two sales away when I saw the laces sticking out of his pocket and asked him about them - he was AGAST! IMMEDIATELY raced back to the gal and apologized and asked what she wanted for them - she 1.) couldn't believe he would come back for it and 2.) wanted to give them to him for his honesty - and he said, "Oh, NO! I am so sorry - but my integrity is worth way more than any amount, please tell me a price." She hesitated, so he offered (2xs what he would have considered ok) and she said, "well, thank you!" The ONLY way one can loose their integrity is by THEIR choice!
Wow, what a great honest human being your husband is! I’m sure you are just like him! Blessings to you both!
The market videos will always be my favorite!
I had a yard sale yesterday. My customers made Stockton customers look like big spenders.
😂😂
Jack you are amazing…..my hubby and I just chatted about how hard you work and the trouble you go through. Your job is one I would never want to do! Wayyyyyy too much work and hassle! You’re the Best Jack!
People who make jokes just to get a discount on items that are already discounted don't realize how annoying they are!
And all of you defending Stockton please take note - ONE PERSON said “thank you” for the free goods they got from Jack and his crew today. It cost him a lot of time, money and effort to get that stuff there for those folks to take home, and ONLY ONE could be bothered to thank him. Courtesy runs both ways folks. More folks thank him for big ticket items at D’Ansa for pity’s sake
The guy with the wig was hilarious! I used to have garage sales especially when I lived in SoCal and people would try to steal (I'm sure some did) from me. What stopped a lot of them was that I would watch them like a hawk and speak Spanish to them. Speaking Spanish alone would rock their world and it was great. It was especially fun when I caught them saying something derogatory or planning how to steal, and would respond to them in Spanish. The look on their faces was priceless.
So fun to watch your flea market sales! A lot of hard work. I grew up in Stockton a long time ago. 😂 I never went to that flea market, not sure if it even existed back then. It’s a rough place, I’ve heard even more so now than back then in the 60-70’s. “Chewing up the last little bit of slop”. Ha ha! That’s hilarious.
Good Stockton video!!! With the US economy, the way it is right now, it's surprising you make money at all in Stockton! Hopefully, the DeAnza market will be better!!! That little UFO vehicle is really cute! It was good to see your daughter, Grace! And she was holding your sweet Luna kitty!!! ❤😻
I love ur flea market videos. They've been missed.
@LockerNuts Thanks so much for the flea market video! I’ve missed them a lot!!!!
Thank you for what you do and Have a Blessed Week
Hi Jack great video really enjoyed watching the flea market videos 🎉🎉🎉
FINALLY!!!!!! A flea market video again!!! Thank you.
Happy birthday! I like the flea kit vids too. A break from the locker vids. Thank you!!
It's great to see you so full of life and laughter again. Keep up the good work.
love this flea market videos, thank you. take care.
Great video, Jack. Keep em coming.
$35.00 to $60.00 in one price leap is a slap to your face.
Love the flea market videos
Love watching the market videos
Great video, as usual! Dealing with those crooks & scammers would test my patience and temper. But for some of those people, spending a dollar is all that they can spend. Everyone deserves the "good feeling" you get when you get a deal--including those people who only have a few dollars to spend at a flea market. When I was a snobby 13 year-old, I made a judgmental comment to my dad about the "riff-raff" blowing money at a county fair---they didn't look/dress/act like they could afford it. He told me that "everybody deserves to have some fun---not just those who have more money." I never forgot it. There but for the grace of God...
I've lived in Stanislaus County over 40 years, and never been to Stockton fleamarket. Perhaps sometime soon.
I do love your fleamarket videos. 😊😊
I HOPE YOU HAD A HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!🎉
Thanks for doing a market video. 🙏🏼
Good to see another Market video, and great to see Grace. The girls are growing up so fast. Relish your time with them, as they'll be gone before you are ready. God Bless you
You AND your beautiful family are AWESOME , Jack . That is why I and i'm sure many others watch too . Keep up the great REAL content & stay healthy , Brother .
Great Ending Talk❤Thank You from Louisiana🎉🎉❤
Jack, I thank you, thank you for your videos, they entertain me and amuse me a lot. Gracias!
Periodic reminder you're a good man, Jack 👊🏻
I look forward to the Stockton and Diansa Flee markets they are a good change of pace and thanks for sharing the love with your "free sale" Ps I've been watching for at lease 4 years from the UK.
Finally! A flea market video 😍
People never fail to surprise me.. great video, thanks!
Thanks for another great video. Yes, Stockton never disappoints(for content that is)!! 🤣
It was interesting to see a video of Stockton after hearing you talk about it when you are going through everything; it seems like it was pretty busy and a lot of work! I was a little surprised when you did the free sale but hearing you explain not wanting to have to take it all to the dump makes sense.
Oh and I had a garage sale yesterday....nothing compared to what you made there lol But I found up selling even more in my FB vintage glass group, where I sell also, and showed pics of my actual garage sale tables and made more money than I did at the garage sale....but now I have to pack and ship it all. 😂
Love the flea market videos 😊
It serves its purpose and does benefit lots of folks in different ways. I do love the flea markets (Blue Bus Dave retired!) More Jack!
Entertaining as always Jack. It's pretty pathetic that people will steal from a flea market. Luna got a hug 🐈❤️ Take care
Love your flea market videos. You have a positive and realistic view of the world and the flea market is a microcosm of it.
Great video Jack !!! Get some rest, I know from experience you need to rest !!!! Tell the family hi
HIYA FRANK - THANK YOU FOR SHOWING YOUR FLEA MARKET VIDEO HUGGGS
Great tutorial talk on how so many people benefit from the stock market. It was gives great insight from buying the locker all the way to paying the have the junk removed at the end.
Wow u really have to be aware these people will try to get as much money off and u are not charging extortionate prices. Love ur fairness.
🐂💩
THANK YOU JACK I REALLY ENJOYED YOUR VIDEO , LOVE YOU AND YOUR FAMI;Y
I've lived off grid in Trapper Creek Alaska for over 20 years now and I would love to have a nice pair of those boots. I wear a size 7 in womans boots. I'll try to get on internet when you have your auction what not. You're a good man and I have been keeping you all in my daily prayers. Remember to take a break every once in a while. You deserve it!
A quick hello from Chiang Mai! (Yes I'm back home!)
What a pleasure to find the Stockton flea market!
It's been a long time and even if I understand that it takes time to film and then edit these videos and that you can't always do it, it's cool to see this "terrible" flea market again so practical for liquidating everything which cannot be sold elsewhere!
With the return of sunny days I also hope that we will see walks on the yard sales on the weekend with Janna!
Next video up is a garage sale video. Dropping tomorrow.
Thanks Chris!
keep up great work, love videos
After my mom passed, i had to gather an clean all her outdoor pots. i put a sign out all a dollar pot sale. it was really a deal, she had beautiful pots. but we had alot to clean out. a lady came by asked the price-small terra cotta pots 50 cents. She wandered around , then her and her husband loaded up the terra cotta pots. Then she picked out a couple dollar pots-handing me $2. i said no thats $5 and she was insulted. i said i saw you put all the terra cotta pots in the trunk of your car. I got my $5 bucks. Imagine all that because she didnt want to pay 50 cents
Takes all kinds I sold at many different flea markets .was never amazed at what people will do. I’ve seen it all
Loved the video you do work hard…oh happy birthday Jack…
I really like your plan!
Enjoyed the video! I have to say that my favorite part was getting to see Grace. Your girls are so beautiful!
I usually thank the cashier that's charging me for my stuff 😂
Love your videos.
Good video and fun
Jack...Thank you!!
There are 2 flea markets in the Oklahoma City area, Marys(Stockton) and Old Paris ( the better market). You could buy something at Mary’s for $2.00 wipe off the dust then take it to Old Paris and sell it for $20.00 crazy. But, it’s all about location. Still, you had a pretty good day and got rid of “stuff” lol
Correct, most of the dusty Wooden furniture just need to be clean and had oil put on them and booooooom beautiful vintage 😂😂😂😂
wish i was there and could go to your sales. live to far away. thank you for all your great videos and content. Than you
Think I have watched all your videos. I follow loads on TH-cam but yourself and Storage Stalker are definitely my favourite watches.
Love the UGG boots 🤩
Good video, Jack
Jack, may I suggest a big "Everything for $1" sign you can hang on your trailer when it comes time for clearance. It may help bring in more people and save your voice a bit.
You need to find one of those old k mart blue lights and turn is on for the dollar sale, but maybe most are too young to remember those Blue light specials
Great video. Greetings from Spain
It's disheartening that most people are not grateful.
I had yard sales and several times ppl would try and steal homemade bracelets from my daughter. I think she was around 10 and I tough her to confront the ppl trying to steal.. They never got away with her watching…AWESOME VIDEO ❤
I wouldn’t want to sell things too cheap either !
Can I ask what size trailer do you have, I love it 😊
Those people wait for the free sale because they know if no one buys the stuff you'll give it away.
This is so true. I worked selling produce in nyc and asked the lady I worked for why don’t we discount the unsold produce right before we get ready to pack up. She said there people who would wait to buy I then… makes sense
i've been reselling for lil over 20 years at in person sales and flea markets and the only counterfeit i've ever gotten oddly enough has been a 1 and 5 dollar bill! 🤣🤯 they both were over 10 years ago and i still have them.
We had an art at night festival and people were paying with counterfeit $5. Crazy!!!
Your mom was the best at the dollar sale with the horn
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY
🥳🤍🥳
I would argue that the market at the Drive-in in Concord is just like the Stockton market....:) I absolutely get what you're saying though!
Started watching some of your vids, you'd get a lot more attention if you rang a bell when you decide to do a $1 sale and just unravel a large sign from your trailer wall.
Jack you always end up giving up the glasses and cups and everything that break for free, have you notice ???
I will give you an advice ... Sell the whole set for 1 dollar at the start of the day, someone will think is an amazing deal ... And you will make one dollar more free 😂😂😂
I didn't see where somebody was arguing with you.. Maybe it wasn't shown, but it was a great video. Thank you for sharing.
I think it’s at the end of the video where he’s talking about how one of his regulars asked him to stop talking poorly about Stockton
@@Steph568 That could be
Yeah it’s in his “rant” at the end 😂 get it off your chest buddy, we’re here for you.
@Steph568 if you've ever experienced being in Stockton, you get to trash it. I grew up there. It was bad then and it's just a disgusting cess pit now. You can not get into the city in any direction except maybe one without going thru ghetto. I hate having to go there
@@PopcornPopper What are you going on about? I was just telling the lady what the title of the video was referring to.
Good tables at flea markets here are 18, under the shelter. (20 with power) Outside tables are 10
lol we have a Stockton here in the uk and a better carboot sale a little further away
At the flea market I use to sell at vendors we’re not allowed to give free out until a certain time and the office made an announcement with space number
Which is extemelly fair, cuz he is hurting his peers, the other vendors who go there to Sell, for his that market is a way to get rid off junk, Trash how he call it, but as a seller perspective he is hurting the whole entire market, now people that go there dont want to spend, they go to way until they start screaming free free
i sell at outdoor flea markets and have across america and a lot in california as well and everything you stated is 100% true.
Stockton is a pit. I’ve lived there and thrifted, flea marketed. Now I live in Galt (pit)they have a flea market tues, we’d, is it better? Not sure…but the drive is shorter! Lol. 🌻 come on 209ers have a sense of humor!
Over here 🤙🏽
South Jersey flea markets are the exact same. People steal . Pass counterfeit money and are beyond cheap. I got stories.. sold at markets for 20 years.. That market reminds me of the market I sold at and yes you have to sell at markets in addition to to selling online..
My only thing is I think too many wait for the dollar sale and the give always.
Jeeze like vultures stuff is barely out of the truck and they are already digging through the boxes. Lol You have a lot of patience.
We do estate sales and I’ve had people get mad that we have to charge sales tax. Put stuff back over .17 of tax.
Former reseller here. Resellers don't pay much because the margins are so tight we can't afford to. That said... I got a REAL vintage Louis V wallet for $3.25 once; the overpriced charity (cough) store thought it was fake. It happens.
How can they think is fake ???? Isnt the leather and stiches or the overall ending give it away
I've been selling for nearly 30 years, and I love when you tell a customer a price of less than 10 dollars for everything they look back at the items like why so much. The worse ones are when its less than 3 dollars and they want to argue with you and have you explain why so much. I'm like well just that one item still has the original price of 10 dollars alone. And then there like but it's not new no more since it's here and the other items are only worth like a dollar each. OK so if all four items are a dollar each isn't that still more then 3 dollars. I wish I was making this up but my God some customers really want you to just literally give it to them and thank them for it. LOL
No wonder I can't get any value from the things I try to sell. Your prices are . .. reasonable to the max. Sigh.
I live in Tennessee and am friends with people that moved from Stockton CA and they paint a picture that is way worse than what you do. Stand your ground.
I must have blinked or something I missed the confrontation.. lol
He talked about it at the end. It wasn’t on video.
Be careful
I live in the “Stockton” of Indiana. Folks here really do try to scam any way they can here. They’ve evenstone power lines off of the poles in some areas. Just insane.
Diaz brothers are from Stockton
So, if you don't like selling at Stockton, why not save gas money and go to Berressa or Capitol market?
You are a hardy soul, Jack. I've only done yard sales and the importunate citizens make me crazy. I mean, you gotta get right in their face: "It's five bucks. Pay it, or bugger off!" Customer service is not my forte.
Well, there’s a lots of folks that have to be really careful with their money now a days. Then again if they are that desperate with their money situation why would they be there. It’s not like you are selling desperately needed items. Maybe clothes or shoes. My gripe is like yours, why try to scam a person trying to make a living for their family. Stealing is stealing period. Hugs Jack, 😊❤.
Maybe you should charge the Stockton people for the smell...🐮
(Hey, I'm a former resident of Stockton - FYI for those of you who've never been there or driven down the Fwy - THE STOCKYARDS ARE IN STOCKTON)
Love the UGGS. A shame I can't buy them living in New Zealand. Stockton is bad. That would never happen here
