    Fantatsic information and I think no where we can find such a detailed information. Requesting you to add some more information if possible
    1. How is NRI client handled ?.
    2. Is that 20% can be adjusted in the same way as resident with those methods you have mentioned?.
    3. I heard like TDS will be deducted during sale. Is there any specific percentage for that?
    4. If we sell an apartment and buy a land I think we cannot adjust the purchase amount on capital gains. However you said if we construct a building in that land within 2/3 years it can be used?. Is this available for NRI too? ( after becoming a resident Indian or NRI)
    If we paid the tax in the first year but constructed a house in that land, how to get that paid tax back?
    Please advise

    When you sell a property, worth more than 50 lakhs, the buyer of the property has to deduct 1%TDS on sale consideration. If the sale consideration is paid in instalments, TDS has to be deducted in instalments. The buyer has to issue Form 16B to the seller. This is missing in your video

    Hello Sir,
    I have a question. Consider a case where the sale consideration is lesser than the registered value(guideline value). Should the buyer show the difference in amount as capital gain ? How to approach this case when we get a 148 notice?

    • @mformoney8551
      @mformoney8551  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Forget guideline value , gain is the difference between sale consideration and indexed cost of acquisition , if that is a positive value then it attracts capital gain tax . While filing ITR2 , by giving date of purchase and date of sale , IT portal gives you the difference value easily

    • @sprabhagaran
      @sprabhagaran 2 ปีที่แล้ว

I mean TypeA or B account is used only for parking capital gain but still if u not use for eligible tax saving, still you have to pay capital gains tax.
