The product worked as intended. The collar helped in training our dog to follow commands we easier. It doesn’t hurt him but definitely doesn’t enjoy it. Now he doesn’t need the collar at all and doesn’t bark outside.

Thanks for the feedback! We recommend our customers stop using collar when dogs don't bark or when they behave well. But it’s better to put the collar on your dog from time to time to maintain its skills

I was unsure about this product. However, after using it on the low setting in the shock mode my dog has learned to listen to commands and behaves much better now.

I don't need help of why the collar didn't fix the dog ..I need help making the collar work itself.. I have an older model without the display and there is very little help on the internet. This didn't help AT ALL
