Came looking for this because I bought the Victoria wood script book “chunky” and a footnote mentions her love of Harry seacombe in a shopping centre in Ipswich introducing a group of female singers performing an eye popping rendition of Who will buy from Oliver 🤭
Amazeballs! I literally imagined doing this.. I want to flash mob somewhere and have millennials thinking wtf with no point of reference! Loads of middle age folk breaking it to song! 😅
Hmmm, looks like the football firms mums and 80's dinner ladies have had enough of their misbehaving offspring and got together to create a national superfirm, beware - they have wooden spoons and are experts in their usage! some of the marching scenes by the women are very intimidating and they look like they are on a mission. Damn I loved highway, I occasionally see a rerun and wonder what the hell happened to this country.

Not sure if the resonant ringing / harmonic distortion is a result of a poor recording - or the result of a choir of housewives finally getting some form of release and sense of purpose in life
The audio was recorded at CTS studios in Wembley, studios where many famous film scores were recorded. How do I know? My dear mum was one of the ladies in this venture.
I love the fact that they are singing "such a sky you never did see" in an indoor mall :-)
Oh god, it's the greatest thing on TH-cam. My favourite is Beverley ruining the whole thing by tripping on her heels.
Mine, too. Marvellous :-)
I think Jonny Trunk brought me here a few years back and I've just now randomly remembered it. Forever imprinted in the memory.
Ashens brought me here. The tune is actually very catchy!
This is AWESOME on every perfect level ! - I can see the inspiration it gave to Victoria Wood's sketches.....

Harry Hill brought me here 😂😂😂
Chris-B-17 Same. I liked his own version at the end😂😂.
Sure did
Haha, just watched it on tv, so yeh, me too
Blursed. It's definitely cursed but at the same time it's fantastic.
I saw this on Alien Fun Capsule and said 'why not? I'll look at it on TH-cam and see the full thing'
Not a patch on Coventry market though 😉
My auntie on the right @1:23 👍🏻❤️
This is everything
It's delightfully sweet! (I'm old enough to have seen it at the time, although I didn't).
It's nightmarish and catchy as hell - I don't know what to do
My hometown

As seen on Harry Hill's Alien Fun Capsule, 26/05/18

It’s from 1987...probably just a well-watched VHS 📼 recorded on a cheap machine
The audio was recorded at CTS studios in Wembley, studios where many famous film scores were recorded. How do I know? My dear mum was one of the ladies in this venture.

Zombies in the Mall!!!

They don’t make telly like that anymore
