I'm not even English, but after this currently young England generation (Bellingham, Saka, Branthwaite, Mainoo, Foden, Palmer, etc) there is another crop of players, Lacey, Myles Lewis Skelly, Nwaneri, Amass, Rico Lewis, Lewis Miley and many many more.
England are good in terms of talent pool, they just lack proper managers

Francesco Totti played in 4 major tournament for Italy. In one he was man of the match in the final and was selected in the team of the tournament, in another he was assist leader and also in the team of the tournament (Italy won). You can say a lot of things about Potter, but one thing’s for sure is that he definitely does have a track record of improving teams: Östersund and Brighton being pretty shining examples, even Swansea were steadily improving under him towards the end of his solitary season with them.
One thing’s for sure, he isn’t a regressive coach and won’t just sit back against weaker opposition when England score one goal.

I'm personally not that worried about our upcoming players. Where we're really poor is the manager department. This is why we need to bring in a foreign coach that's familiar with England like Pochettino as the only English coach that's worthy of the England job is Eddie Howe.

Italian here: fear not, English fans. Even if your golden generation fades away, and you'll have years of darkness, you can still find your silver linings. Look at Italy: sure, the Azzurri have been awful at World Cups (even missing out on two of them) since 2010, but at the Euros they do fantastically, and even had the longest unbeaten run for a national team ever recently.
Maybe, you'll have your version of what the Azzurri was in 2020: World Class players past their primes (Chiellini and Bonucci, and _arguably_ Verratti was not the same as before) alongside players that _could_ have been World Class, but never quite managed to do so (like Belotti or Berardi) and young players who could have the football World's eyes on them (like Donnarumma, Barella and Chiesa).
Maybe, Bellingham and Foden could become part of that experienced old guard in the future (yeah, feels weird to say "Bellingham" and "old guard" in the same sentence), and your next batch of players could soon let England rise again.
So, don't be afraid: even if your "Italy missing out on World Cups" phase is coming, there will also be the "Italy wins the Euros" phase

The comparisons for Branthwaite to Maguire doesn't work as an insult given. Maguire is incredible for england whenever he plays.
Furthermore while I don't think england will be easily the best in the world or anything we have a good young squad and to deny it is unreasonable, sure a lot of these players may tail off early or be overhyped but then there will be other players like Jordan Henderson where they aren't really that good or noticeable until later on in their career.

Along with that; Trent and Walker are probably the 2 best right backs in the world, Saka is one of the top 5 for RWs, and Stones has been one of the most useful, reliable, and dynamic CBs in the prem for the past few years, although lacking a bit of the star power of other CBs.
But ignoring that, the players I've listed are very early twenties or teenagers they can get better with time. Not every player will be world class at age 19 and maintain that their entire career.
Kane is one of the best players in the world right now but at 20 no one cared about him.

because you work much less than regular club coaching,. The pay is worse. International management is seen as worse than club management so it doesn't look good on your resume especially if you fail and you're mostly managing in knock-out tournaments which is very different from regular league table managing.
