So I had a tummy tuck, lipo and fat injections 2 years ago. I live in Maine so it's not like Miami or something where surgeons are on every corner with "deals". It was pretty expensive, and there are only a few in my area. During my first consultation the surgeon had been there for like 20 plus years he seemed very nice but something just rubbed me the wrong way. Everything I asked he was like oh yeah that would be fine I can do that. It just gave me a weird feeling and so I chose to meet with the other surgeon in the office, who literally had just started practicing like a year before.( Of course he had been out of school and done his residency and done all of the stuff you're supposed to do for like 13 years but he had just started his client intake) But I had such a better feeling about him and he seemed so honest with the answers. My young niece asked me what advice I’d give her for her skin with my hindsight/regrets/what I wish I knew. I said start tretinon/retinol around 25/30, sunscreen, always go to sleep with clean skin, wear the bare minimum makeup just to enhance like mascara and blush/bronzer and gloss vs hide like foundation and concealer.
So many women look like Stepford Wives now. The uniqueness in faces is being lost. I’m so sad for all the women out there that feel so uncomfortable with themselves and can’t bear to look their age.
Thank you, Dr. G. I find these conversations fascinating. Are there clients that you will not see? Given that they may ask for something, you deliver, but they (in their mind) did not get what they asked for? Some patients will never be satisfied, no matter how much you explain, no matter how much information you give them?
'Struck off', means no longer allowed to practice.. in this case medicine. Struck off the list. We use that term in Australia too. Same for lawyers etc.
There’s also the expense of paying for fixes of procedures where bad results aren’t the surgeon’s fault. Like, if you have an allergic reaction or your body rejects a material, that’s not on the surgeon. It’s YOUR body that’s created complications.
I had endoscopic midface lift in my mid 30`s and also lower facelift as I was in late 30`s. I am now 51 and no need for any lift. Lets see if ever. If there is indication then go for it. But if there is not, then no dont do it. As we are younger we heal better the tissues are stronger etc so the results also last longer.
I wonder if people are blurring the lines between reality and being as changeable as an avatar? Do they consider surgery as nothing more than an expensive makeover?
@njman1967 Madonna first facelift was in 2003 In 2003 Madonna was 45 years old Madonna was natural in 1995 maybe juste lip fealer She started botox in 1998 (in her 40 years old ) had her first facelift in 2003. She had 2 other facelift in 2012 and 2019
I’m 64 and I look way, way, WAY better than Madonna. I look like a normal 64 year old that has a good skin care routine. I dunno. I feel like that’s what I look like. What Madonna has done to herself is incomprehensible to me. I mean, c’mon. She does not look good at all.
@SueP-D Michelle Pfeiffer ând Sharon stone have Madonna âge and looks better than Madonna Michelle and Sharon have some surgery but not a lot as Madonna Madonna in 2005 had A lot of surgery
I'm not sure... I think it was Dr Gary who actually did an analysis of Madonna and pointed out her facelift at 38 or so. But if she was 45, that's much more reasonable and not comparable to the girl in this video. At 45, you're in perimenopause and beginning to age naturally.
Her obsession with plastic surgery is about more than her asking her father what is done in a building near her home. This girl hates herself and is chasing an impossible image. I can't imagine the men that ends up with these fractured women. I also want to know WHERE ARE THEY GETTING THIS MONEY??? Each one of them has easily spent north of a million pounds!
The fact she doesn't have to wear her hair like Goldie Hawn for the rest of her life and scarring is minimal is amazing! I do appreciate how transparent these vapid women are about their procedures.
I get the idea of seeking perfect symmetry in the face. But why are all of us obsessed with looking ethereally perfect? To please who? Because ultimately some ppl will still find you unattractive even with a lot of plastic surgery. I think lindsay lohan has done several facelifts in her 30s and its too much imo. If ppl go on like this, we might end up like the movie 'in time' with justin timberlake and amanda seyfried where people stop aging at 25. And boy is it an odd world. Im ok with plastic surgery, but i think it needs to be done in measure and not done unecessarily if you are still young.
Plus, being "perfectly symmetrical" has been debunked as being automatically associated with more attractiveness. For some, it makes them look uncanny valley. Like seeing someone with "perfectly" flawless smooth skin is usually seen as a good thing until the person starts looking like they are made of plastic. Some of the most iconic models in the world are uniquely beautiful with stand out features that are not always associated with the beauty standard.
I just turned 30 and suddenly felt like I couldn't recognize my face. I assumed I was aging and was really upset about it until I realized I don't actually look "old", I just look different. I don't have wrinkles or sagging, but my adult face looks very different from my teenage face and I never paid attention to it before. That might be why I felt uglier but I'm starting to feel like my adult face might actually be better in some ways. Either way, turning 30 is such a journey mentally, and I think that is mostly due to societal pressures and expectations, not actual reality. I didn't just wake up one day looking older, it's just the number that made me feel older.
I’m a 32 year old woman who just lost 200 lbs. I look 45 now, like a rough 45, people have been shocked when I tell them my actual age and I feel so self conscious about it. Like I thought my confidence would rise with the weight loss and I cry every morning because of all the loose skin on my face and body. I’m seriously considering saving up for a lower face lift. I originally thought the loose skin on my body would be the priority but I can hide that with shapewear, I can’t hide my face. I don’t want to be judged for getting a face lift at 32 though. I don’t know what to do :(
I'd like to fix my deviated septum so I breathe better. I can't breathe through my right nostril. But what if something goes wrong and I should have appreciated where I started?
A surgery to help your breathing is perfectly logical and would benefit your health. Your worry is valid, but your situation definitely falls into the medically necessary category as opposed to optionally cosmetic.

Being enthusiastic about plastic surgery is like being enthusiastic about antibiotics. Plastic surgery should be prescriptive, a specific solution to a specific, existing problem, not a hobby that you just do without any real reason or any specific, measurable end goal in mind.
I’m 38 and have taken excellent care of my skin. I use to be a laser technician and medical esthetician. However, I can’t fight age. My skin is getting lax around my eyes, forehead, and jowls. I will be getting a face and neck lift for my 40th birthday. I would get one now, but I’m saving for it.
Child please😂😂😂! My friend who is a cosmetic surgeon said facelifts should be done well into your 60s with some women/men being able to wait until 70s like Gladys Knight.
What are your thoughts on the long term effects of BDDE in all crosslinked filler? I have been reading more articles about how that toxic component can cause cancer etc. No injector or doctor seems to know how much is in any given filler.
These are beautiful girls, but not in an individualistic way. I feel that plastic surgery kind of 'standardises' beauty, so that it's no longer especially beautiful. I'm thinking of Hollywood actresses such as Faye Dunaway, Ursula Andres, Sophia Loren, Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston - the list is endless, (the last two have had surgery / fillers later in life, but their original beauty is still present). The women in this video are beautiful, probably more if they hadn't had the surgery - their true and individual beauty would have shone through.
These women are horrible to listen to lol😂 it's like nails on a chalkboard. I've no problem with women having cosmetic surgery , I've had a nose job and hairline lowering... but to make your whole personality your looks is awful.
@nsanenthembrane yes for a bit , but it grew back fast enough and now you can't tell unless you look super close there's a faint silver scar but the hair grows over it mostly.

I've been blessed with a brown skin that needs way more sun than it gets (I have a serious vitamin D deficiency if I don't take meds). The result is that I look more than 10 years younger. I've had people think that my college daughter is my younger partner with us having a 12-year age gap or so. I was 29 when I gave birth to her. It's often hilarious. When people do get my age more or less right it's because they start calculating when they hear I have an adult daughter. One Asian woman looked at the skin on my hand to make an educated guess because apparently it doesn't show on my face. My "secret" is threefold, I guess. There's the fridge I live in while I was made in and for a country where it's always 30°C. There is the fact that my eyes are so sensitive that I can't stand light and thus I wear a hat even inside everywhere other than at home. The third thing is that I started putting this basic (what we call) udder cream on my lower face when I was 35 and on a daily basis when I was 40 simply because my lips would crackle and it doesn't anymore since I'm using that cream every day. I should have done that as a child already because that hurt so much. The corners of my mouth were always wrecked, never knew why. So now I tell one of my daughters who has that same problem to simply do the same. I buy it at the pharmacy so that it has nothing extra and lately I also put it all over my face. I've often wished I could send Dr. Linkov a picture of myself for him to guess my age with all his knowledge because, even though it's funny, I'm still stunned that people are always more than 10 years off. My eldest daughter once told somebody: whatever you think, add 10 years on top of that. And she was right.
I dont think plastic surgery should be done unless absolutely necessary when your young. If an older person wants plastic surgery they need to access the risks. I dont understand why people put the poison fillers in their body. Im glad these 2 ladies are letting people know.about plastic surgery info, as are reputable doctors. Much success, health, happiness and blessings to all.
Those who want to have obvious changes are like women who buy bags with logos (the bigger the better) because they want others to know they’ve spent so much money! What’s the point of spending money on plastic surgery if you’ll just look “fresh” and “rested” and people won’t know how much you’ve spent? 😊😮
This is crazy ... i have a friend who is the same age who also had a full facelift/necklift, lip lift , and a lot of sculptra a few months ago ! Even though I think it's extreme, she looks 21, so can I blame her ? Not really. If you can look very young again and itll make you happy, why not? Just choose your surgeons wisely of course and know thw risks !
Damn I wish I could afford this doctor. He probably does such beautiful work. I think there is a difference between wanting a lot done and having unrealistic expectations. High expectations are a red flag, whearas if I had the money I would probably want a couple of different procedures.
I can’t imagine dying, being an organ donor, and then having some of my bone taken out just because some instagram-filter-obsessed influencer forgot what real human beings looked like and got some quack doctor to do a botched nose job that had to be fixed.
Her face decisions so her problems. But I hope her experience will teach the young generation to not get fillers and botox in their 20s and 30s. Those injections stretch the skin and overtime you lose your natural youthful elasticity. Always stick to creams in your 20s and 30s if you don't want to deal with overtime consequences from injections. I'll be 32 in 3 days, never entered into a cosmetic clinic and my skin is smooth from my basic skincare routine (all drugstore products). Some girls on tv are 21 or 24 and they look 40 from their procedures. It's just crazy to me. Leave your skin alone when your young, seriously!
Honestly - where do they get the money from? This is ALOT of money and she’s got the cost of bringing up children? Any savings for the future? College funds for the children - she has to be really rich?!
The goal of plastic surgery is not always to whisper and look refreshed. That's the goal for anti-aging procedures only. But the younger crowd usually seeks to look different. A rhinoplasty is meant to change your features. So is a boob job or lip filler à la Kylie. Let's not put anti-aging (restorative) procedures in the same basket as beautifying (transformative) ones.
This is why so many say my gen and the late millennials look so much older than older millennials! One, yeah, is stress But the other is getting unnecessary cosmetic procedures that just ages people
At 27, im starting to see lines around my mouth and corners of my eyes because of this culture 🫠. Ik that it's not trully noticible yet (I work at a high school and get mistaken for a senior) but the dysmorphia is real. I make myself feel better by saying this is proof I have laughed and smiled in the sun throughout my lifetime❤.
@DrGaryLinkov, why do you only react to photo's to determine if someone has had surgery and not videos. ex: Ariana Grande, there is a lot of footage available of her filming wicked and press moments with many unflattering angles of where she relaxes her muscles and her nose and eyebrows look exactly the same as her younger years.
I feel so lucky when I see this kind of stuff! First because I actually like my face, but second cause it seems I have very good genes? I'm 37 and pretty much everyone always think I'm under 25. Even last year I was at a park reading and a couple with a baby started chatting and I said that I have a 5 year old daughter and they got like "whaaaat?" cause they thought I was 17. Seventeeeeen. I hope my daughter just stays happy as she is as well. Often when I talk to people (like in business or serious occasions) I have to account in that people think I'm way younger. On another note: maybe cause it's always been in my head, since forever, I have manifested it. If that's something you believe in. And these young girls always thinking they look old get paranoid and end up messing their faces.
I got a facelift at 33 … literally a month ago. BUT… i clearly had heavy jowls… it’s genetic and also I had gained, lost a lot a weight and went through jaw surgery which changed the size of my face and made it smaller. So it really depends… I honestly feel MUCH better and people can’t really tell what I got done, just that something slightly changed. That was my intention, the doctors work is soo natural and I went to him cause he did facelifts on older women and they were very subtle and natural. It’s so important to do your research.
I don’t think these ladies need facelifts, my case was a combination of things that made me obviously look older and tired. But to each their own, like I said, if you’re gonna do it, please do your research, look at the doctors work and make sure you pay attention to the most realistic and natural results.
@@Dunstlookalike maybe 27 or something, but I looked closer to 40 before. I honestly needed it and I don’t feel I need to do anything else to my face, I’m really happy with my face now :)

many foreigners have gone abroad to Korea to get cosmetic treatments face lower lifts treatments and smile lines treatments and smile line implants and many things
Struck off, means in British English, that he lost his medical license.
British English😂
- ‘Looked like Bo' Selecta!‘ 😂💀
they look like Triplets
'Struck off', means no longer allowed to practice.. in this case medicine. Struck off the list. We use that term in Australia too. Same for lawyers etc.
There’s also the expense of paying for fixes of procedures where bad results aren’t the surgeon’s fault. Like, if you have an allergic reaction or your body rejects a material, that’s not on the surgeon. It’s YOUR body that’s created complications.
btw I would not recognize any of these girls from one another on the street, complete cookie cutter experience😁
Wow, two facelifts in your 30s...
I agree totally 👍🏻
I wonder if people are blurring the lines between reality and being as changeable as an avatar? Do they consider surgery as nothing more than an expensive makeover?
Its not normal to had a facelift at young âge
Madonna had her first facelift at her 45 years and now at her 66 she look horrible
37
@njman1967 Madonna first facelift was in 2003
In 2003 Madonna was 45 years old
Madonna was natural in 1995 maybe juste lip fealer
She started botox in 1998 (in her 40 years old ) had her first facelift in 2003.
@SueP-D Michelle Pfeiffer ând Sharon stone have Madonna âge and looks better than Madonna
Michelle and Sharon have some surgery but not a lot as Madonna
Madonna in 2005 had A lot of surgery
Lovely work as usual ❤
has kylie jenner not had a facelift UNDER 30 >.< unbelievable
I don’t know what to do :(
I would think that having a facelift so early would leave you with scars and if you get another facelift later…I don’t know, just speculating.
A good face lift should not leave you with scars.
See Christina A. Unrecognizable.
She's recognizable, just as her 20 year old self. She probably did it bc of skin laxity due to weight loss.
She has MS. An awful disease

I'd like to fix my deviated septum so I breathe better. I can't breathe through my right nostril. But what if something goes wrong and I should have appreciated where I started?
That's functional. No reason to feel guilt. But this surgery has a high failure rate, apparently.
A surgery to help your breathing is perfectly logical and would benefit your health. Your worry is valid, but your situation definitely falls into the medically necessary category as opposed to optionally cosmetic.
@@cniknik9863 Make sure to choose your surgeon wisely, then. I had surgery to correct my deviated septum, and it did nothing but empty my wallet.
Does minoxidil cause facial aging? A lot of People Who took for years are debating that a lot ,im taking 5mg of oral minoxidil ,2,5 MG every 12 hours ,and now im scarried, whats The science data and your clinical data of your pacients on this matter
Topical on face could yes, orally not. At least no proof.
Brit translation… ‘Being struck off’ means having your medical license revoked.
Gary couldn’t help his facial expressions while watching 😅❤
The rise in plastic surgeon influencers contributes to the hyper preoccupation with beauty standards.
I’m 35 and needed a facelift five years ago. It’s genetic. Everyone in my family looks liked melted Bassett hounds
THEY ON THE GYM 😂so British rn
Is a mini facelift acceptable at 34?
When you lowered your hairline did the new growth look odd?
@nsanenthembrane yes for a bit , but it grew back fast enough and now you can't tell unless you look super close there's a faint silver scar but the hair grows over it mostly.
@ thank you 😊
I used to think like you until I heard about what redpilled men think about females and the value of their looks and youth.
I was anorexic for 10 yrs, i was told to eat healthly n walk around now i look 32 even though im 40. Just take care of urself. If u have a serious illness just do what u can
I've been blessed with a brown skin that needs way more sun than it gets (I have a serious vitamin D deficiency if I don't take meds).
Great program Linkov
If you look different after plastic surgery, you robbed a bank or so 🤣
Damn I wish I could afford this doctor.
It's cheaper for me to be ugly 😂
Struck off the registry =

They look natural
Is it wrong to ask for a non invasive liposuction as a 35 year old woman?
the basic rule is 3 cuts to clown face. once you get past your third facelift, you got clown face
❤❤❤❤ your channel, Doctor! 🏥
GREETINGS FROM ILLINOIS 👋☺️
Facelift at 34 is crazy.
hi! could you make a video on latanoprost decreasing fat tissue? it sounds interesting
Honestly - where do they get the money from? This is ALOT of money and she’s got the cost of bringing up children? Any savings for the future? College funds for the children - she has to be really rich?!
And doesn't the skin get thinner and thinner each time it's pulled?
I just had a Small Facelift with 27 years old 😳😂 ooopsieee
The goal of plastic surgery is not always to whisper and look refreshed. That's the goal for anti-aging procedures only.
But the younger crowd usually seeks to look different. A rhinoplasty is meant to change your features. So is a boob job or lip filler à la Kylie.
Let's not put anti-aging (restorative) procedures in the same basket as beautifying (transformative) ones.
Facelift is better to have 1 After 15 or 20 yeats of botox
If a person started botox at 45 years old the good âge for thé facelift is 60 or 65 yeaes
That’s IF Botox hasn’t killed the patient beforehand. I can’t believe women think Botox
Is safe. It’s not.
plastis surgery is out of control and mutilanting women!
A woman in her 30s does not need a facelift
She does if she has laxity brought on by fillers. The fillers are what was not necessary.
This is why so many say my gen and the late millennials look so much older than older millennials!
One, yeah, is stress
But the other is getting unnecessary cosmetic procedures that just ages people
I agree with the Doctor. It is Way to young to get a face list at 30 years old or. Botox and fillers as young as 18 years old.
@@NicoleGarrow its better to started botox After 40 years old
Some Franch surgeryan Say its better to started botox After 50 years
At 27, im starting to see lines around my mouth and corners of my eyes because of this culture 🫠. Ik that it's not trully noticible yet (I work at a high school and get mistaken for a senior) but the dysmorphia is real. I make myself feel better by saying this is proof I have laughed and smiled in the sun throughout my lifetime❤.
even babies have smile lines is natural to have expression lines that’s life
I can’t listen to these women. Good lort.🤦🏻♂️
Copyright might be an issue. You can argue fair usage but he probably doesn’t want to fight the copyright strikes
Great video. I hope you and your family have an amazing happy & healthy 2025. Has Ariana Grande called you yet? LOL
Let's all just try to focus more on what we can do with our lives, and less on how we look while doing it.
Great post doctor, but those accents are 🤯🤯🤯
I feel so lucky when I see this kind of stuff!
I think you could see on every of those womans. I mean we are not blind.
And most of the time i think it looks weird. Like not themself
I hope you look 21 again after all that :-)
@@Dunstlookalike maybe 27 or something, but I looked closer to 40 before. I honestly needed it and I don’t feel I need to do anything else to my face, I’m really happy with my face now :)
These women look like triplets.
TBH, they all kind of look like the same person
Whaaaat!?
OMG. Not good! These girls look like Barbie dolls and don't tell me they're done? HA fills with water and expands. The Plastics. Forget Mean Girls this is really plastic.
Facelift at 36 🤔.She wants to look like in her teens😒
Another video where you cant tell the girls apart.
First comment! :)
She still doesn’t look any younger, she looks her age
The goal was probably to make her look her age, precisely. Sagging was aging her.
Bullshit. So many Gen z mall girls look just like her
Bullshit. All young Gen z mall girls look like this
She looks her age or a bit older...
I want a face lift - I’m 39, seeing a bit of cheek elasticity and a tiny bit of sagging (not bad though), but I’ll wait till I’m 50, perhaps. I don’t think I want to have to do it more than once, and even though I’m mildly uncomfortable about these small things, I know it will serve me better a few years down the road. For now, I’m comfortable with botox and tastefully done fillers. 🤷🏼♀️
