DUDE... if you can find one you need to try a Brazilian BBQ. (Also called steakhouses, Churrasco or Rodizio style). All you can eat grilled meat on a spit that they bring the spit to the table and cut off chunks for you. Here in Wisconsin we have one and one of the spits had grilled pineapple. Large chunks of sweet goodness to go with beef, pork, lamb or chicken. Served by Brazilian cowboys ( called gauchos)Gotta try it once, just sayen...

the "problems" with pineapple and pizza are at least two: first is the customs, in italy we usually don't have so much of a "sweet tooth", stuff that is so sweet would not be a first course, it's not a good way to eat, not healthy; second problem is respecting the ingredients, you cannot use a so strong flavoured fruit as a topping on a pizza because the other flavours would be covered by it, and that's not right if you are using traditional or protected origin products (which is a big thing in italy), it would be really really crass; now, if you have your generic pizza with generic ingredients that's ok, do what you want with it, no problems

Bro no one is above an Italian with proper pizza toppings. You've never had a Cacio e Pepe, or a classic Margherita pizza fresh from an Italian Stone oven. Go to Italy once in you're life bro. It will blow you whole understanding on pizza up 🤯🍕🤌 I've had pineapple on pizza and it's horrible it was way too juicy and sweet. sweet doesn't go on pizza, therefore pineapple doesn't go on pizza. I can deal with a breakfast pizza bacon eggs and cheese cooked on the barbecue its a classic we do. The only good sweet pizza is pizza Hut's chocolate chip pizza
FINALLY , a serious subject , pizzaology.... Pineapple works well with most pork toppings, preferably ham or bacon. If you get cheddar jack cheese dont get it shredded mix chunks with shredded mozzarella, you get a better punch of the jack that way. And finally when we make pizzas at home , its usually pickle pizza with metchup (yellow mustard mixed with ketchup) sause. Its kinda like the pineapple thing, ya gotta try it b4 you diss it. Just sayen...

@@TooBlunt i worked at a place that put pickles on their cheese burger pizza and one day it clicked and i liked it. At home I usually go 70/30- ketchup/mustard then cheese and the pickle slices on top( we can our own pickles). Let me know what you think when you try it...

I'm sorry. I'm just going to start with that. I am just not a fan of pineapple. I don't think it's a deal breaker on a pizza, but the only thing I like with pineapple is a well made pineapple upside down cake. In any other form, pineapple is meh.
