David, just one correction about where and how Indo-Chinese cuisine originated. In the 1950s, a lot of Chinese refugees emigrated (via Hong Kong?) and settled in coastal eastern India. Kolkata, the rest of West Bengal, Odisha, and Bihar. There are a lot of Chinese in these states. They kept their own cooking styles that were adapted to Indian ingredients. Later generations of Chinese in India acquired the Indian taste for spices. They opened Chinese restaurants in eastern India where they served these dishes (e.g. Chow Mein, chilli chicken, fried rice, Hakka noodles) which became a hit. Later on, Indian chefs from other parts of India, especially from Mumbai, added their own creations (e.g. chicken/veg/Gobi Manchurian, "Schezwan" dishes, chicken lollipop). "Manchurian" would be considered racist in mainland China, and "Schezwan" is a misspelling of "Szechuan"/"Sichuan", a region of China known for spicy foods. Indian "Schezwan" dishes have little to do with the real Szechuan dishes (e.g. Kung Pao chicken, Sichuan hotpot, Dan Dan noodles), which contain liberal amounts of dried red chillies, hot chilli oil, and Sichuan (numbing) peppers.
I do love Italian food. Any kind of pasta or pizza. My new pig out food is Indian food. I eat Indian food like three times a week. It's so good. Love from Korea🇰🇷💕
It’s great that the chef, Danny (@ Saffron) is dining with you and explaining the ingredients that go into the various dishes and the preparation methods used. Really creative restaurateur/chef. The “drunken” lamb sounds extraordinary!! Good job David.

Hey David! Thanks to your videos ( esp collabs with Carlos Volpe), I recovered from an eating disorder,...when I was teaching myself to eat again, I have been watching your videos and it helps me finish my meals, gradually increasing portions...from an underweight malnourished waif to a healthy person with better immunity than ever before, your videos have helped me so much. Stay blessed David!
Look at the difference between this Resturant owner and that Pakistani owner. This owner is so humble. The Pakistani owner was forcing David to say Pakistan Zindabad at every moment. Shows the difference between Pakistanis and Indians.
Amazing as always... your dad is turning out to be an Indian food lover... I won't be surprised if he starts his own channel and posts videos of eating Indian food every week... Thanks for such amazing content.

I feel surprised n happy to see you how muchYou relish Indian food. Next year I’m also coming to Florida. Last time also I wrote to you that I could never ever believe that an American will relish Indian food so much. Our Indian food is very different from your country’s food. I feel American food is v bland. I like to have spicy food like you do. Me n my daughter in law went to an Indian restaurant for food. I found 90% of the people were Americans. N v few people were Indian. But I feel v happy to see you relishing Indian food. Keep enjoying n God Bless you always.

Your fortunate to have such foods coz I'm from India and I have never taste those looking delicious food in my life, I would work the whole day to get those food for real
Have you eaten Pav Bhaji in any of your videos? It is one of the most popular vegetarian street foods in India (I thought) and it is really delicious. It is mashed cooked vegetables and fresh tomatoes, onions and peppers with garlic, ginger cumin, coriander, garam masala, hing sauteed together(with various other spices) and butter and it is served with a buttered roll for dipping. I got a recipe for it from a channel called "Bhavna's Kitchen" who is based in Florida too after watching videos of numerous vendors in India making it. Don't the Miami restaurants serve it? It is really good with Hari Chutney which is a raw Cilantro, lemon, ginger and hot pepper with cumin, salt, pepper and sugar mixture.
Saffron is only found in kashmir in india,we have our own kashmiri bakery ,for breakfast there is a different roti we call it lavasa or girda ,for evening chai we have many more with cashews rasins almonds or simple other rotis too
