13:10 ok first of all I’m surprised that the places is still getting power and also the generators are still running also there is no one that is actually been paying the electricity bills so I’m surprised that they haven’t disconnected the building from the power grid which means the electric company who’s powering the power for the location that’s potentially restarting the generators that need to be jumped started with electricity is just wasting energy on a condemned building
