I'm SO very torn on mine... It would be a no-brainer to paint them if they just didn't look so darn amazing right out of the box! I'd been wondering what just a simple, subtle dry brush would do, and after seeing this, I'll probably try it on some this weekend. It looks like the best compromise between leaving as-is and a full paint. Thanks so much for the video!

Some additional options for your viewers:
    1. Use a medium size makeup brush (super soft). The soft bristles will prevent streaking or build up and can REALLY get into those fine nooks & crannies without overly streaking other hit areas.
    2. Keep your paint dry - not wet. In other words, don't use a wet palette for this, put your paint from the pot directly on a dry palette. This keeps it from overly saturating the brush and makes it MUCH easier to wipe the excess off while maintaining maximum color pigments.
    3. Wipe that brush virtually clean! Use paper towels for this - they are rough and ribbed. Once you've put paint on your brush, brush that thing across the paper towel until it seems nothing else will come off. After that, brush it some more! Less is always better. You can always go back and add more ...but you can never take it away if you use too much, or worse get a bunch of streaking. Go little, go light.
    4. An alternative to dry brushing - though not as nice looking: Prime & Wash. Grab some white or light grey primer paint from a rattle-can. Spray them all down from all angles and sides. Once dried, apply a liberal wash to the entire mini and allow to dry. Army Painter & Citadel make some of the best washes on the market. This technique is basically dry brushing in reverse.
Have fun! Really loving the game so far.

You don't want to paint the nooks and crannies. Those should remain dark. You just want to highlight raised areas.

I like the dry brush effect! I was looking forward to painting these, esp the Titan, but these look great. Probably use a small map brush instead. Any desire to do a very light brush on the tower to pull out its highlights??

Maybe it's the lighting but your unpainted minis look way liter in color than mine. Mine come off as black.
I've never painted minis before and don't want to mess them up so I may do this instead though.
