Mnangagwa and Zanu are the enemy of the people of Zim and the region, Mbeki and SADC lack vision and foresight and has been useless in helping with the zim situation, hence it has stayed the same and even worsened. The reforms that we are talking about in Zimbabwe are already spelt out in our constitution which ZANU PF is wanting to amend before implementation. Please reform and amending the constitution are not the same.

JOC was still having meetings outside of the "Security" meetings that Morgan was allowed to attend, though JOC had been officially disbanded. All state media were still controlled by Zanu thru the Information Ministry, thereby lambasting MDC and the Prime Minster day in-day out. Morgan Tsvangirai had no power to chair the Cabinet during Mugabe's absence, Joice Mujuru was the acting Chair. MDC tried to push for reforms, but they were simply ignored, they were junior partners. They even tried to go to Mbeki and they were told to go back and negotiate with Zanu PF who were not interested in negotiating themselves out of power.
