Yes , change in KE and PE is considered zero.... because if it's pump(open system) , we know the change in velocity at inlet and outlet is not considerable..so we neglect it for simplicity of analysis. And datum also doesn't change at inlet and outlet of pump so PE change is also zero. Hope it's cleared
