  • Song is, Won't find me much anymore, by the Low Down Drifters.
This took almost 3 years to complete, but then other things needed to be adjusted, or fixed once i got it in the field. I made a 2 hour movie on it, but that would take a week to upload.

That is an awesome video Sir! You had your work cut out for you she looked rough to start. Man that's a beautiful machine now. I think I love old combines even more than old tractors, it's just so cool to see them run. You did an awesome job on the old 33, thank you for saving her! Hope you have a good weekend, my friend!

Thanks! This was my second one. I Did an old Dearborn pull type first. I have videos of that i'll try and dig up. Yeah, i have a thing for these old girls. I spotted a set of twin Massey Harris ones in a field, lol But i'd love to find another pull type.

@@rustyoldmicrofarm4673 My grandpa's first combine was a self propelled Massey Harris. I wish I knew which model, I know he told me but I can't remember. They're all cool to see in the field

I was a subscriber and follower of the restoration in the early days. I only found you again a few weeks ago. Glad to see it up and running, didn’t think I would get too! Good job mate.

Thanks! Here north of Spokane, farms are way smaller, lol. I had a pull type first and it was pretty cool.

Thats pretty amazing. Is it a 1940"s machine? I couldn't imagine restoring our old 4400 in the trees and that one would probably be way easier to find parts.

It's a '52. Well, i can tell you i could have bought a much newer machine for the cost of restoring this one. I think i have just over 7K into it. I have a bunch of my old videos on my old computer, i think i'm going to fire it up and see what else i can post. Thanks for being here through this one, it was quite the journey.

How's the old girl looking these days? It been 4 or 5 years since you got it done hasn't it? speaking of combines, did the guy who bought the dearborn ever get it setup to pull with horses?

I've not heard from him since the day he left my driveway. This year was the best it's done yet, no issues other than i have to re thread the exhaust pipe because it broke last year and the JB extreme heat didn't quite last, lol. I didn't even care that my yield was terrible because the machine ran great! The sad part is it's outside now. It drew in tons of mice in the shop last winter and they made homes in my truck, which cost a lot of money last spring.
