Can the HVAC controls on the bottom of the screen be hidden or minimized, or does it always have to be there? And is it still possible to access the vehicle configuration settings of the G37 after installing this? (like headlights, key fob, speed-sensitive wipers, etc.)

the auto day and night mode sucks. having auto lights on when you drive in tunnel disconnects phone and reconnect changing the resolution of the screen. i wish they can fix that feature. i have the same exact one love everything on it but that one weird feature. i should of gotten that carbon fiber shell. it looks hot!!!
This one has none of that… sound system works great you must’ve gotten a different one. There are lots of other brands that have really bad Tesla screens. Nifty City has the toppest of quality screens!
Mine is the opposite, I have my screen audio set to 10 and it is like 30 on my radio I feel like going over 15 gonna now my speakers and idek what the max volume on the screen is😭 there is audio in setting that you can adjust the differen sound presets and turn different frequencies and audio variables like treble and bass up and down
5:40 anyone have a idea of what the purple cable is for ? I’m doing mine and I can’t seem to find what it should connect to and I connected everything but that and this similar one to it that’s grey , and I have no sound 🧍🏽♂️ for some reason

Honestly u get what u pay for, this screen is the best one I’ve seen so far and I’ve been browsing for weeks now
I wouldn’t suggest getting one from eBay due to a lot of malfunctioning stuff, they lag a lot and other issues

Does the screen dim when the headlights come one? My only concern is the screen being 2 bright driving at night
