Another much requested one!
As you may have noticed I got a new guitar this week! It's a PRS SE Custom 24. You can't really see the colour of it because of the color grading of this video but if you head over to my Instagram/Twitter you'll see how vibrant the orange is.
Obviously with a new guitar I wanted to try and work on my tone a bit more. It's still pretty tough to try and get something decent with Bias FX, I'm still tinkering with things and hopefully I'll get a really nice tone dialed in eventually, I might have to look into getting Bias Amp as well so I could create my own custom amps and that might help the tone a bit but we'll see!

Batman Beyond comes no. 3 imo. Rest all is perfect on the list. Batman Beyond is so mature by today's standards and would air on Adult swim. Especially its dark opening which is nothing short of chilling!

I met him at a convention a while back in or around 2013 or 2014. He’s a great guy. I got a picture taken with him and got him to sign my copy of Batman: Arkham Asylum.

Little fun fact: The Animated Series was done on black animation paper. All to make the shadows and blacks look as dark as they were. This was a change from how normal animation work was typically done. And for Batman, the unique change to animation worked for the series.
This sounds like it came right out of the Justice League Unlimited soundtrack!
I wasn't really a big DC guy growing up...but this opening cutscene perfectly encapsulates Batman to me. A vigilante hero who fight for what's right and expects nothing in return.

I always love listening to this theme when I rewatch the old series, makes me wish I could live forever rewatching them
This is ridiculously good
They had something like this on Batman Beyond when Bruce was temporarily de-aged by the Lazarus Pit. It sounded epic, and so does your rendition.
This made me want to tie a cape around my neck and go jumping across rooftops so I’d say you did an amazing job my man!

God damn after all these years Batman the Animated Series still has just about as good an intro as you could. Tells you everything you need to know about the character before you even get his name.
That new PRS looks really sweet! I'd love to hear how it compares to your Ibanez because I've been considering getting either the PRS or the Ibanez, your exact models.
I've only had the PRS for a few days but so far I really like it. It has a much smoother tone than the Ibanez. It might also be a tiny bit easier to play, but it's barely noticeable. The Ibanez is a bit harsher so I'll still use that for my rhythms, but the PRS is more suited to leads, I'm sure with some tweaking it would be fine for rhythms too but I know the Ibanez is good for the rhythms. The PRS also has a whammy bar if that's something you're interested in. It just depends on what you're looking for, if you're looking for an all round guitar I would say Ibanez (and it's a little be cheaper, mine was around €500) and if you just need a guitar for solos and lead stuff then get the PRS if you have the money to spare. Hope that helps!
@@NiallStenson That's interesting, I actually thought the PRS is considered more "all round", I prefer a more versatile guitar. I think I'd still like the PRS if only because of the whammy bar and its beauty. I guess it will depend more on how much money I manage to save up but it's good to know the Ibanez is a good choice.
