You can argue with me, but to me, this is proof that Batman has almost never had a bad theme. Of course, some really good Batman themes were left out, but that's okay. Each theme is very fitting to each respective Batman and movie; however, you cannot give one Batman the theme of another Batman. Joss Whedon made that mistake in my opinion.

It feels like they tried to do a middle ground with him and I enjoyed it. I just finished rewatching Batman Forever recently and I noticed that Kilmer’s Batman is more logical thinking than most of the others

Danny Elfman's theme (Batman '89) is probably the most associated with Batman, similar to John Williams's theme for Superman, but for me, Hans Zimmer's music for the Dark Knight Trilogy is the best.
Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard for the first two movies. It shows that it was JNH who made the best music because Zimmer was sole composer in TDKR and it isn't that great of a listening experiência.
Try listening to the soundtrack apart from the film and telling me that "The Batman" theme is good. I find it the simplest and most boring score I've ever heard.
The 1989 theme is almost the same as Justice League Batman Theme. I think it is good choice, because it is the most heroic of them all. It's also used in the Lego Batman.

Danny Elfman's theme from Burton's 89 Batman film is the theme that I associate with Batman. Hearing it referenced in Batman Returns and Forever AND even in JL is top notch, plus its the theme for the OG Lego Batman game and the 2nd one too if I'm not mistaken. Sure, its more heroic rather than gritty in nature like Batman's character, but none can deny, Elfman was given simple directions and the man delivered tenfold what was asked. Some people have managed to remix it into some of the more modern themes and it still fits well.
Batman Beyond theme is a changer between older and even newer ones. BvS is also a pretty heavy one. Ofc newest one is a pretty decent too. And Batman and Batman cartoon themes are originally great as they were and are now.

The 89 Theme is the most iconiv one and part of my childhood, but the theme of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are the best. Hans Zimmer kew how to express Bruce's tragedy, his dark side and inner fight. His themes are on point.
Mask of the Phantasm is still one my underated all time favorites. Never count out Shirley Walkers work.

These themes are AWESOME. I love Kevin Conroy. His voice is amazing and he is the BEST BATMAN EVER

for me I when I think Batman themes I think 1989, Arkham City and 1966. Don't get me wrong the others are good but these are the 3 I personally associate with Batman.

1989-Animated-Forever are the ones which stood out for me. If I hear anything that sounds like em, I immediately think of Batman. The rest are great but they just sound like your generic epic ost's... Until the new one dropped in and hoo boy

Tim Burton's Batman, and Batman Returns are my favorites. The first movie I ever saw on VHS was batman. And Batman Returns was the first film I saw in theaters.

Great vid! Got all the major themes (and then some)! I didn’t realize that I knew Batman Forever’s theme song before this... If you do another take, don’t forget the theme from The Batman (2004)!
The 1989 is obviously the best theme for the batmobile entering/exiting the batcave so good.
