I hope the judge set the limits for January 6th to be ONLY while Congress was in session on that day, and not ALL THE REST of the discussions about Jan 6th before and after!
IMHO: there was no "Legislative Purpose" on Jan 6th, it was a confirmation of the states' certified Electoral College votes. There was ZERO legislation involved.
