Once again a big applause to Manavendra Singh and his team for further expanding and diversifying this project..this needs to be done on a larger scale all over the country ..the ideology behind it is commendable..!!!
Instead of posting comments, maybe you should put this into action wherever you are. Everyone talks, then people just forget. It's like giving glib lip service to something.
All they are showing is true...they completely transformed our Village specialy by increasing the capacity of galniya talab now it can hold water for 2 years that helped villagers to earn extra income by livestock. Now uou can see full grown forest here but there were countable neem khejri and Babul present then.. I want to thanks manvendra and his team on the behalf of the our Village..
Great to hear from one of the natives of that village. Are there plans to expand this idea to other villages nearby? Is there any sort of training to replicate this model in other areas?
This is so good to see. My Geography teacher 15 years ago (an old man even back then) tought us that this kind of thing is almost impossible. It always struck me as nonsensical because if there is enough precipitation and the ground is not horribly contaminated with toxic things like mine tailings and smelter slag it HAS to be possible to restore the ecosystem. Glad to see this (and similar things happening on other continents like that old guy in texas..)
Fantastic to see such a positive vision Made my day seeing this in the UK I'm English and live in England yet have always liked the Indian people and their nature
I’d like to build a dome home (buckmiester/fuller design) on about 1 acre at Dhun. I’m inspired to pursue a Miyawaki Food forest 🌳 Giving educational tours of the forest, inviting locals to work and to sell baskets full of local, organic seasonal native and exotic fruit/nuts (pick your own to keep prices low). Blessings from Australia 🇦🇺 🙏✌🏼💜
I heartly congrats to manvendra Singh for doing such a great job, you are an example for today's youth who are wasting their life and time behind the dirty politician's ,we need to initiate this type program in every state of India for the future of our upcoming generations.. once again congratulations to you and your team ... greetings from Maharashtra ❤️
Not just keeping nature intact but truly regreening and revitalizing, re-enlivening the pure energy of the soil, this is a beautiful project. All applause goes to your efforts and sharing this and growing this idea fully . Thank you!
Never seen such a unique initiative, really inspiring and special thanks for mentioning the local native trees, most videos just mention that we have planted indigenous varieties without mentioning them.
That is why the stewardship of the local areas be given to local people and if needed assistance provided especially in the beginning to get them going; great job mr. Shekhawat. 👏🏼🙏
What a great project. I hope this project will grow on to other areas, and that many of the people living in the slum areas can find work here and live happy healthy lives. Pay attention governments of the world. Look and learn at what can be done for your people and your country.
Big applause to Mahendra sb the director of Dhun, Farhad sb the advisor and founder of Dhun and entire team with the full dedication of whole village...

Amazing that how nature transforms into a magical place with the idea of water tapping and conservation. Beautiful. Great work. I am totally awestruck.
👏👏👏 Great job, Govt shud promote this on a larger scale to every rural and outer urban regions, there is a urgent need to protect and conserve wildllife resources, fertile agricultural lands soils, and water resources
Impressed to see this mammoth effort. A great contribution towards global warming & changing environment surrounding us. Unfortunately this kind of studies should done by our civic & govt bodies. They have more power, reach, manpower, knowledge & economical backup to succeeded in such effort in not just to a particular area but across whole country. If an individual effort made a place hell to a heaven imagine a collective effort can make this country a heaven.
It takes only one passionate, dedicate man with a vision to attract others like him to start the ball rolling! Amazing transformation! Amazing place in a making! Amazing people involved! So well done! Congratulations from Australia...xoxoxo
I would love to see how bees and insects are developing as the same time the land blossoms and grows. Binding the soil and bringing in nitrogen binding plants is fascinating! Thank you for sharing and making this video!
when you build - do so out of earthen material, eg. cob house, rammed earth etc - take inspiration from not only trad. rajasthani motifs, but also look to places further afield such as 'Timbuktu' and similar environments in Africa & East-Asia's desert regions...Timbuktu looks beyond impressive..using only earth and wood to make 'sky-scrapers' - also the Yemen has wonderful mud brick towns of 5000 years and more - Arabia has many many solutions to env. challenges you face, for more urbanised desert living without the usual problems arising, Iran too , many ancient towns with systems still surviving till today you will relish....perfect for you in this modern age of rediscovering the Grand Vedic inspirations of Simple-living with High Thinking - I commend your projects and wish you all success xx Ki Jaya!
Wow, huge congratulations to Mr. Manvendra for creating such an amazing initiative. We need more such ideas to thrive to make sustainable development possible 🙏
Vegetation and natural water management are the most viable sustainable natural ecosystems for peaceful living and survival. We can not ignore the fact of living with water and soils ! Regards.
Wow what a mind boggling work , hats off to this man , haven't heard of something this great in a long time, truly inspiring .Keep up with good work you dhun guys 💓💓💓
Wow beautiful Ji wonderful to see people like q are rejuvenated landscapes that were given up by locals because they didn’t have knowledge and effort you possess
Fantastic work with researching and planting native or adaptable grasses and trees, and designing places for creatives to develop their talents for the common good. Thank you! So good! God bless you all.
Very inspiring story. Hope it will inspire many individuals including me to do something worthful for Nature to restore its lost glory that we have degraded through all our efforts from year to year...
Congratulations to the whole team who worked for the project dhun, transforming the barren land into greenery and a balanced ecosystem with beautiful birds and animals
Thoroughly enjoyed this and very inspired by it. Please keep us informed on the progress and would love to see a part 3 or more in the future. Thanks for sharing.
superb initiative .......the scale of manvendra's imagination is incredible...........from barren land to green pastures teeming with species.........focus of endemic species.......adding communities..........etc.....all boxes ticked......congrats in advance .....would love to be a part of this earthly community and would also love to help promote it and multiply it........because a grt solution to a serious problem is always worth multiplying ....and that too exponentially.........throughout the geography....starting from india.............thanks to the entire team .

The last line was the most profound. 'if you want to do it or not'. Men of amazing vision who maintain the humility to allow others to make their own choices. So different to all the shouting, protesting, vandalising, intimidating people of western society who demand much, do little but get all the publicity.
This video and part 1 should be shown in every Biology and Ecology class in US high schools. We spend too much time on the details of cell division or glycolysis, for example, and the students never get any framework for what ecology looks like when all the plants and animals are working together to build and sustain a living system.
Ispiring and absolutely do-able. This reminded me of the exdellent documentary on kenyan tree planter, Wangari Maathai. The documentary is Takng Root: The Vision of Wangai Maathai. Well worth watching. Locals planted tree saplings by hand, word spread to nearby villages, more locals planted saplings and then the "government officials" had a different opinion....
Once again a big applause to Manavendra Singh and his team for further expanding and diversifying this project..this needs to be done on a larger scale all over the country ..the ideology behind it is commendable..!!!
I’d like to see this type of community around the whole world - imagine the potential! 🙏🙂
I'd like to see a bit more of these kinds of projects here in the western US, too.
Smaller villages and towns too. Keep it small. Keep it simple. Grassroots up. Locals involved in all phases of the projects.
This needs to be done worldwide and recognized as a valued way of living with and encouraging natural systems to flourish.
