Man, the fact y'all care about the race of live action cartoon characters is soooooo brain rotten. Whine, whine, whine, whine, whine, that's all you lot fucking do. The irony of hating on a person's race, then whining, people are going to be haters and toxic can leave. "If you want an echo chamber, get out of MY ECHO CHAMBER."
It's brain rotten to want adaptations to be lore accurate? You're exactly who I was talking about. Shilling for billion dollar companies is CRAZY WORK. The only one whining here is you.
They are scandinavian, you are the same people who scream and complain racysm white washing when they cast a white person for another ethnic/rsce role but when you guys do the same is all peaches and cream and we are the raycist for calling this BS out, full hypocrisy.
@@Shockkings0714 no, because the only time you should be whining about the skin color of a movie character is when it's a historical character. Any other time, you're just whining for no reason. Making content to whine and be divisive about something THIS fucking trivial is a really easy niche, it shows you have no creativity.
I don’t care If she’s half black. She chould be 100% white she’s still not blonde. And in my opinion that is very easy to fix with a good wig but they don’t every try. They chamged EVERY blonde character in the show. They changed Stoick from ginger to brunette, the twins from blonde to ginger, fishlegs from blonde to black. Like it’s not just ”black and white” race shit haircolor is important for characters too.
She’s mixed. And that is enough to say she’s not Astrid. Edit: Nevermind, I just watched Wicked and decided I would like to retract my comment. I give this Astrid a chance after all.
Then why not just make her blonde? It’s not that much about race. It’s that they don’t even try. She can be 100% white but she’s brunette and Astrid is blonde. It’s not just her the twins looks NOTHING like the twins.

I'm not going to call you a bigot or a racist, but she's a fucking cartoon character, get a real fucking problem.

@@dallincarter8387 Why is her being a cartoon character relevant? If it was a book, game, or any other medium would that change anything?

Disney's "Hercules" cast gospel singers as the muses.

She is white
No she isn't. She's mixed
No she isn't. She's mixed
I just want to point out that this is a white girl. She has 3 white grandparents, so technically you are upset that she is not white enough….
Literally about yo say this. Its slmost like there's exclusivity yo people claiming whiteness but this girl has as much volor as an A4 piece of paper

Well the woke mob were upset over Sydney Agudong not being dark enough to play Nani in Lilo and Stitch, so ...
She's mixed. Astrid is not. That's what I'm pointing out
