The Cheifs are an outlier and major props to them, but the name of the game for everyone in the NFL is to acquire talent. You know what makes throwing the ball even easier for Lamar? Having Henry in the backfield to dictate coverage.

The Ravens having a good RB adds a huge amount of threat from Lamar Jackson's running game, as was seen when paird with Mark Ingram. I think the size and style of Henry will be of benefit without even considering how good he is on his own.

In Derrick Henry's last game with the Titans he had 153 yards on 19 carries, 1 TD, and hit 22 MPH!!! If that doesnt scream potential i dont know what does. The Ravens had the number 1 rushing attack with their QB leading the rushing, imagine how potent their offense will become when you add a premier back like Henry to the mix

Please don’t try and compare the Ravens D with the Eagles D. They have one of the best secondaries in the game, the Eagles one of the worst
The problem with both of those teams is defenses know u have to stop the run and make those qbs throw the ball

Henry is basically just replacing Gus Edwards, but is a cheaper option. The Ravens definitely need to do some major work on the defensive side of the ball, especially if they lose anymore of their free agents on that side of the ball

I think the Ravens want to be a balanced spread offense. Spread offense specifically so defenses have to make a choice.

If Derrick Henry can still hit 22 mph i think he'll be great for the Ravens. He may be over the hill, but the peak of that hill was high enough that he's ought to be really effective
They have the weapons on the outside to push the ball down field if need be as well I’m talking about with a lead they have better ball control and time of possession if they do have a lead but I do understand what you’re saying I think Zay and Mark are good enough pass catchers to effective the game while also control the clock when need be
