    Hi Brianna, i really apreciate your content. Which side of recruiting generally takes more time? The client side or the candidate side?

      Oh that's a debate! Depends how hard the roles are and how long you have been in the recruiting biz. The more legit your Linkedin looks, and your niche, would depend on how quickly you can get clients. Do the 30-day challenge. Reach out to 20 new clients a day and 100 candidates for 30 days. Your results will wow you.

    Can you go over pull jobs from clients? I’m struggling to pull jobs ie get them to get on a call etc.
