    Worth noting for the new people starting out. Lots of financial info is available publicly in SEC fillings in the US (for companies with over 10M in assets) or through the company register on the UK gov website (for all UK companies). Saves you the trouble of figuring out whether someone can afford to hire or not.

    That’s a great stat “companies placing 10% of less of candidates that apply” do you have a source for that? Great note to leverage during intake discussions.

      @@TheMillionaireRecruiter the question about which qualities were negotiable…And how to come at it from a data driven perspective. You have no idea. I have been binge watching all of your videos for the last few days. I’m learning so much. I’ve only been in in recruiting for one year. Unfortunately was laid off with the Google mass layoffs. I was a technical recruiter there, but now I’m looking into all forms of recruiting because I love it. Thank you for the amazing videos

      @@GraphyteTV Good luck with your search! My advice, don't use that "open to work" green frame. Put the open to work on the backend so recruiters can still see if but the public can't.
