Hi Favor, I was wondering about how you got the bottle soda back on board after coming back in from port? I cruise as well and I’m always interested in learning more about tips and tricks like that!
The line had no problem with me bringing it back on board. I have brought back several at once and not had an issue. At Embarkation it is not allowed but at the individual ports if it is a few bottles of water or small bottles of soda they don't seem to stop them coming on board. Alcohol they always check and take from passengers. Happy cruising!

Wow...this brought back so many memories...I went on my very first cruise in October 2022 on the Carnival Horizon with Cookie as our cruise director. I had an amazing time!

My husband isn't a fan of the breakfast burrito with the potato's they use. He's ok with regular hashbrowns or southern style but not the potato rounds. At least that's what they used the last time he had one.
I’m looking to do this exact ABC cruise. Would you recommend Horizon or Celebration cruise ship? Both offer the exact same cruise.
Hi! I have not yet sailed Celebration but I did sail Mardi Gras. While different slightly the food choices on MG were over the top and there is Bolt. That said, it can get super crowded and it feels very different than your average Carnival Cruise. I really enjoy Horizon. BUT. If I could do this again I would likely choose Celebration because it is a new ship and has really tasty food choices along with the Carnival classics! Oh and on the food subject, Cucina on Celebration?Mardi Gras has many more choices and we really enjoyed it on Mardi Gras! Watch the MG vlogs on our channel, we did a back to back... Hugs!
