I'm sold, thank you. French company, no stupid external 12 V power supply, free SW (to play with at least), AMAZING pricing, and the measurements look very good. Plus, the color scheme will match -my room- my mom's basement perfectly.
I really like the responsive LED on a input level knob. This is an ingenious solution for a small device like that. Can’t wait for you guys to release the 4 channel unit.
I own the Minifuse 2 Black ($150) and AudioFuse Studio ($900). The preamps are very close in quality between the two interfaces. The Studio is AC powered while Mini is USB powered so the Studio has more juice for speakers. The mini is light and small making it ideal for travel.
This is the sexiest interface I've ever seen. I pre-ordered a white minifuse 1. If the XLR input were on the rear, that would make it god-tier for me haha. Maybe a power switch too...
2021.. the world’s sunk in dongles. Everybody: here’s our new USB 3 audio interface at $1500. Arturia: here’s our $150 USB-C thing with an extra USB port.
Will there be an app for iOS/iPadOS, is my obvious question. It’s almost like the device is designed for a modern clean setup like with an iPad, but my iPad Pro M1 is my only music-creation device, it’s just now we have Cubasis and GarageBand and some others, at a pretty capable level. Anyway, the LED on the gain knobs, answers an issue some had about the vertical line of LEDs being an OUTPUT measurement, not input. Anyway, class-compliant or not, if you made an app for iOS, you’d be the first Audio Interface maker to do it I think? But, good, a decent alternative to ‘the red one’! Thanks for the expo.
i have buy the minilab mk2, 2 month and it's a great product + ableton lite + analog lab lite + uvi piano, great tool to start in music production thx for those good product at a "low price"
The only two things lacking here 1. Separate 48V phantom power on different inputs. If you're using a condenser mic and a ribbon mic for example, the combined phantom power will damage the ribbon mic 2. The metering, i.e. the blinking on the gain knob. Not a big deal breaker, but could be more clear
I got mine today, finally shipped from Sweetwater, to replace my Scarlett 2i2 which had no MIDI. I am curious to try my guitar in a “Wet-Dry” blend using that blend knob of instrument or USB (I have BIAS FX on the Mac). Mainly I play through a Boss Katana, but now I can integrate the desktop recording with my floor MIDI controls and effects.
I got a quick question. I got mine 3 days ago and upon testing and scrutinizing this interface, only to find out that it's a bit odd that when I turned the gain knob at its minimum, it is still capturing a sound. Is that normal? Or should I ask for replacement. Thanks Guys.
Hey, got a question. If I want to use it to power my mic, and on the same time I want to use studio monitors plugged in the back to listen music or having voice chat(sound from the computer), will I get the terrible loop noise? Or is the monitoring only on the headphones output?
Can an Arturia Keystep be plugged in in the USB A port in the back...? Does it provide enough power for it? Or can the keystep be plugged into the MIDI port as well?
I know I am a year late to reply to this but I just plugged my keystep into the USB A port in the back and it works perfectly. You can also plug it in the 5 pin midi port provided the keystep is powered by the micro USB port or the external power adaptor port.
Serious question: Why put an LED display for the output instead of the input?? I'm far more interested in seeing the input gain levels on a more granular level than the single LED on the knobs. Granted, it's the prettiest interface out there.
hey guys, for some reason my headphone sides are inverted and I don't know why, is it possible to inver Left and Right in any configuration of the minifuse?
What do the level meter lights respond to? I have a Korg Volca fm plugged into channel 1 and midi out. Monitoring is with headphones and on computer routed audio. The level meters stay off! Input level light is blue.
Please clear my doubt that it will directly support to android phone like scarlet 2i2.Actually I want to use for smule and other singing app on android phone.
I'm having a connectivity problem with the Minifuse 2. I have the stereo line-outs from my Yamaha Reface CP connected to the inputs on the Minifuse 2, and I have a USB-C to USB-A cable connecting the Minifuse 2 to my Apple Camera Adapter, which is plugged into my iPad 7's Lightning port. The iPad is is plugged into a powered USB hub, which is plugged into the USB-C port on the Camera Adapter. So, power is being supplied to the Minifuse 2 from my iPad. The Gain, Headphone and Mix knobs on the Minifuse 2 are all blinking blue. When I press the buttons on the Minifuse 2 to turn on the inputs, 48V phantom power and Direct Mono, the buttons only light up while I am pressing them. As soon as I let up on the buttons, the lights go off. Meanwhile, I hear nothing through my headphones. The only sound from the Reface CP is coming from its own onboard stereo speakers.
Hi Arturia, I’m thinking about buying the minifuse, but I have a question. I have a Arturia 61 mk2 keyboard and as I saw in this video the Minifuse has a usb hub and a midi in and output, where you guys say you can input another midi keyboard. Does this mean I need to connect the mk2 keylab 61 to the minifuse? Or do I need to connect it to the computer? (macbook)
I have a microphone that can be used to connect with micro USB to USB cable for recording. Can we use the USB port of this interface for that to record vocals?
It is included but only as a 3 months subscription. If you wanted to continue it past the 3 months, you'd have to pay for additional subscription time or purchase The individual Antares packages with a perpetual Licence. The perpetual (LIfetime) licences are from 200-400 for each piece of software. *Auto-Tune* *Pro* - $399 for perpetual licence *Auto-Tune* *Hybrid* - $399 for perpetual licence *Auto-Tune* *Artist* - $299 for perpetual licence *Auto-Key * - $49
1:30 Are both inputs mono or stereo? If I connect a synthesizer , do I need to use both inputs for L/R recording of that synthesizer? Or are both inputs stereo, meaning I could record 1 synthesizer and 1 vocal simultaneously?
Both inputs are mono, However synthesizers will always have a mono output. With that in mind, you can attach a microphone and have them playing on both speakers simaltaneously. In this case, Both inputs will be centered in the stereo image. ( L = R) If you want to record in stereo, then you would have to use up both input channels.

Why, oh why did you not make the phantom power on/off for each input. Looks like I'm going with the Motu M2 instead.
