Secondly, I DECIDED TO BIG CHOP AGAIN! After almost 5 years of rocking long, natural hair, I decided to start fresh and big chop. In this video, I talk about why I decided to cut all of my hair off! Join me in this journey of me falling in love with my hair all over again. It's gonna be a fun ride.

I L O V E your cut. This is the only short cut that I have seen that has a LOT of length to it. I mean your hair is actually pretty long in the top and front, compared to the average short Cut. This is the perfect way to rock length, without the extra maintenance that true long hair requires and I’m sure the neck is much cooler.
This cut definitely comments your personality your style and your face,luv luv luv this.,side more tapered with a V in the back would probably also look adorable on you, what a great summer look that would be.!!

Your hair is beautiful Iknow exactly how feel. IIn 2016 when turning 50 I wanted a change from relaxed long hair. I had cut and styled in a Pixie cut. In 2017 I wanted to go natural. I grew my hair back to shoulder length, but in '21 I cut back to short tapered cut. I used to say the same. "I'm just tired of hair".
I’ve recently been thinking about doing a tapered cut. I don’t know if I’m going to go through with it but you hair is goals!😍

The length shouldn’t be a concern, Richelle. Product selection, application, and technique will help your curls withstand workouts.
@@geneticallycurated thanks for your feedback! think I have pretty good quality products like uncle Funky curly magic, inner sense I create hold, but my application is still a work in progress with longer hair so that’s why😅 I did find that just ensuring my hair was saturated and using the i create hold alone and sitting under a dryer allowed my hair to last for 5-6 days versus cocktailing any of those products. If you have any other recommendations It would be greatly appreciated 😄

I tried to get his cut😔 but my hair dresser said she wouldn’t be able to style my natural hair with the curls because she doesn’t work with natural hair. I got nervous while she was cutting and just told her to relax it. I miss my natural hair so much. Now I gotta start all over.
