- Part 2. Who are we visiting in this episode of my travels around the Uk?
Ive been a busy boy. And starting to realise the pop top on my Volkswagen Transporter has its limitations.
It's the Christmas Roadshow. Join me as I hit the road travelling up and down the country in my transporter t6 4 motion. Seeing some very well known people in the world of van building and all things camper vans.

Loving the Christmas Roadshow 👍🏻
Cheers matey 👍🏻
I've integrated a table within a bespoke panel as you suggest, along with additional storage, much like a door store on the sliding door. Works brilliantly.
Nice one
great video as usual keep it up
Cheers you
An Omlette typically has additional ingredients (ham & cheese) and should be cooked with little interference so it can be folded. Scrambled egg is whisked as it cooks to create the ‘scrambling’ and typically does not have additional ingredients other than a splash of milk.
PS poptop thermal wrap, duct tape and insulation from Wickes, it’s a game changer. Can’t help the wind though.
Ha ha. Awesome
You look absolutely shattered mate!
I know right ha ha
I wild camped Tuesday/Wednesday this week with zero phone signal, ended up getting in and out the van to admire the view every 20 minutes exactly like you said for a couple of hours…. 😂
The weird things we do without the comfort of a phone/tv
Ha ha. Relatable huh
With you on campsites. I had a right hunt to find somewhere for a couple of nights at the end of next week. Think I’ll be sleeping downstairs in my T6 though until I find a thermal liner.
Another great episode. Thanks
Yes mate. Nightmare.
Have a thermal wrap lined up 👍🏻
look at rainbow screens thermal pop top wrap its large but if you want to use pop top in winter its worth it I go skiing in Scotland and use pop top in -5 no bother
👍🏻👍🏻
Been lurking for a while but hit the Sub button today. You are making great content with no nonsense. I hope to one day incorporate travelling in a van with my current niche and your videos are making me think I may be able to do a conversion myself. keep up the great work.
Hi mate. Thanks for that. A subscribe is a two way thing. So thanks. Glad you are enjoying it.
I’m not the best vlogger but shows a different side. A bit more of my personality god help you all ha
@@urbanarkoverland You come across really well pal, if you ever fancy learning fly fishing there might be a collab there....lol.
@@lindsayiflyfish ha ha. No fishing for me. Not yet ha ha. I’m always looking for something to do. I can’t sit still long enough ha
@@urbanarkoverland You are thinking of course fishing there is not much sitting around in fly fishing.....lol.
Come to wales mountain biking when youve got your bike
Yes lad
That cliff edge mate, by Chepstow, It’s known as Lovers Leap, as people have jumped off it 😉😉
Ha ha. To do em selves?
Yes 🥲
@@outdoorjunky1 excellent
What is the phone holder on your windscreen? Looks well tidy!
Have two mate. Main was is a quad lock. But also use a scanstrut 👍🏻
you should pu a link to ovano in the description maybe :D

Maybe you should have read the description:D
My missus might be interested in the hair dryer was it 12 v ?
Haha ha. Awesome
Couldn’t resist it, keep up the great work
Is the second table available from ovano ?
Ye of course. Right hand drive. Uao10 in December
Yer looking at 3 points on yer licence. Yer sat nav is obscuring yer line of sight through yer windscreen sorry to have to tell yer this. ✋🧐🤣
Don’t be soft
Is your bonnet just wrapped mate? Have you seen the ply guys stuff in Glasgow?
It’s a wrap mate yes.
Ply guys stuff cool 👍🏻
Can’t you remove the mattress from the poptop and just put it on top of the Ovano drop down bed ?
Ye. Although have a very thin mattress as my bed has the froli springs.
And had way too much gear in the van.
I did consider the mattress that’s available. But didn’t expect it to be that cold
I take my hiking airbed for the occasions I sleep 'downstairs' - I have a double that rolls up smaller than a 2l coke bottle. It’s pretty comfortable on the ground so I’d imagine it would be fine on the Ovano bed. A bit spendy but in my case I had it anyway for backpacking so a no brainer and I don’t have to carry a huge folding foam mattress robbing me of boot space
@@urbanarkoverland don’t have a diesel heater yet and thinking of lakes after Christmas might have to wrap up 🤦♂️
@@mikelambrou4462 ye mate.
Had a van full of stuff. And always assumed. Be ok tonight ha.
It warmed up one night. But was windy as hell. Can’t win ha
@@morganrichardson1645 ooh ye.
But when ya ready for heater. I can supply.
Or can hook you up with supply and fit 👍🏻
