Today I watched an enraged mockingbird chasing a hawk around and around in circles in my backyard. It was hilarious to see! Evidently, the hawk had decided to lunch on fledglings at the nesting site and momma was none too pleased! She let him have what for as I guffawed in delight. The hawk did not have lunch today, at least not at that nest! 😊
