I love the LP Wood Tapa. Lp states that the Wood Tapa "transform(s) any snare drum into a hybrid Cajon". The only issue I found was that it did not fit my 8-Lug Ludwig Acrolite snare drum. The LP Wood Tapa is too wide to allow the Acrolite throw off to engage. As a result I use it on my Dave's Drum Shop signature snare drum made by T.L. Drums. It is a 14X6 ten ply cherry wood snare drum.
