For example: let's assume an engine peaks in both torque and horsepower at around 6000rpm. If I shifted there, my power would be down a tad by next gear. Instead, I would probably shift at around an arbitrary 6500rpm, since that is where my power would equal that of next gear, resulting in an even power curve and the most time in the power band.
not shit talk or hate, just from one tuner to another. tire pressure, go max. all the way down for rear and all the way up for front. you want positive camber so it will track and straight line. negative camber is for turning, because more surface area of the tire will be grabbing to the road around corners. positive camber works opposite to give more grip when going fast in a straight line. stiffening the suspension in the rear with compensation to softening it in the rear will also help with grip, just dont go to extremes with camber and suspension. those are just a few basics but it should help. like so he can see!

Forza needs to up its game with these v8's if one of them is an "LS" you should be able to make it a 1-2000 hp monster. Also I understand that for game play reasons and simplicity they don't allow those kinds of mods but it would be fun.
I like how in forza the Venom ' s (world's fastest production car[270.49mph]) top speed and the veron or however it's spelled is swapped, this is why people think the buggati is the fastest still...even thought the real one is the venom, it's sad really

What about a special version of this series where you take a "tuned" car vs a built car. For a tuned car, I got the idea if you fix a big issue with the "bought" car. For example, in this episode you [rightly, may I add] struggled with the Venoms power on the bad tire compound. Well realistically a venom owner wouldn't leave that, they'd change it out. SO why not replicate that in game, swap the tires out for a better compound. NOT drag, or even slicks. Just so you can actually get the car down the strip. My other idea was replicating real life performance tuning shops like make an AMS GTR with 1000hp and build up a car to beat it for half its cost. Or do a Titan Supra [1000-1400hp] and then build a car for half its cost. That would be the "Tuned" vs Built series.

you gotta stop running it into the redline theres no power up there. shift a little earlier so you you land at peak torque.
