Money is not the solution to Africa problem. Because most countries print there own money. Africa lacks an educated workforce and have a very outdated school system. And they also lack leadership with a vision. The money is only the carrot on the stick. But you need educated people that's able to problem solve for now and the future. Example if you have $1million dollars sitting on the table and you tell it to build you a road what do you think Is going to happen?, the answer is nothing. But if you had a 100 educated people in one room with different backgrounds and asked the same question you should get a solution.
