Well done! Interestingly, when my granddaughter graduated from high school, her last assignment was to interview an adult in her life, and she chose me! One of her questions was: “ What the number 1 regret in your life?” After thinking it over for a minute or two, I told her it was that I never went on a Dall Sheep hunt. I’m really lucky in that all of my other dream hunts actually did come true, but too many knee injuries, and too many years have passed by to ever consider doing it now. Still, I love watching these adventures where perseverance, confidence, and experience all play such an important roll. Congratulations on a great ram!

I was able to help my father harvest his only(so far) mule deer in Colorado. It was a great buck and we did it ourselves on public land. Any hunts I get to do with family can be considered dream hunts and memories I will always treasure.

This is one of the best Dall sheep hunts I’ve watched. I’m stuck in a tractor in the middle of a bean field in central Missouri. But while watching this hunt in my mind I was thousands of miles northwest of here! I could feel the struggle and could see the emotions on your faces! Awesome job! And congrats on the ram! You guys earned it!! It’s hard to pick just one dream hunt. Between Dall Sheep, Moose, or Caribou. But if I could only choose one I think I would have to go with the sheep. Just because of the country they lead you into!
Caribou in Alaska is a dream hunt. My late grandfather went Caribou hunting in Quebec a few times. It was the first wild meat I ever remember eating and have had an affinity for the animal ever since.

What a great one-of-a-kind adventure, 10 days of long walking in pursuing the mountains and valleys for the DALL sheep that live in this rough terrain. Myself, I enjoy looking at the excellent equipment that was taken for this hunt. The kill was so exhilarating...One shot in 8 days, excellent job.
That’s so fantastic. Brennan shows his mastery of the Mackenzie Mountains again!! His work ethic is amazing! I learned so much when I got Mt. Caribou with him in ‘21. Almost the exact same ending with a kill after 7:30 and 12 miles from camp. Awesome and congrats on an amazing feat not many people understand. Very nostalgic for me to watch, my short 30 second clips I was able to take are good but not that good.
That’s what it takes to succeed on every hunt especially for Dall sheep. It’s takes more you have and sometimes more than you are willing to give. Perseverance will always succeed. I hope one day I can experience that hunt. Great journey, thank you.

Being out in the high country wilderness is ultimately what I enjoy. I have pursued elk in these situations but have always heard that sheep was the ultimate hunt. Takes a giant level of commitment to get success.
Absolute athletes! From the guide, camera crew and hunter. Very few people ever get to experience the emotions of hunting. The rollercoaster ride of emotions. Dream hunt would be an Idaho or Montana elk hunt.

Love the film!! I drew a dream tag for Kodiak Brown Bear for this fall. As a resident of Kodiak I feel extremely blessed for the opportunity, only 3 tags in the unit and I got one of them. Moose or caribou would have to be my other bucket list hunts. Alaska is beyond beautiful, but the weather can be humbling.

Such an epic Adventure. The remoteness and beauty of the places that Dall sheep live is incredible. As an Arizona native who didn't start big game hunting until after I moved away, an AZ bull elk hunt, AZ strip mule deer hunt, or coues whitetail hunt are on the top of my dream hunt lists. I spent many years hiking and backpacking in some of the best elk, mule deer, and coues whitetail country in the whole US and didn't even know it. Now that I know it, the non-resident expenses and difficulty of drawing tags mean there's a good chance I'll never get to hunt big game in AZ, but that's ok. I am super fortunate to get to big game hunt every year as a resident of my new state.
My dream hunt is definitely a 2 week backpacking hunt in Alaska for brown bear. I’m still many years away from it but fortunately I get to go on a black bear hunt in ID this coming spring 25! Love the vortex nation podcast and all my vortex viper gear. Keep up the great work!
Man, this video was an adventure. That was some epic determination and pushing till the end. Awesome sheep. I would be pumped to have put those hard miles on and to even come home empty, that wilderness is the adventure but succeeding in the ultimate goal puts the cherry on top. I would love to spend some time in Alaska chasing caribou with the bow or moose. And to also have an adventure chasing elk in Montana . Awesome film
