They are indeed very rare brother. Best advice is longform difficulty 9 missions. They are rarer the lower you go, lowest being 7. Best chances are at 9. Hope this helps!

I’ve done probably 60 missions on 9 since they were a thing and I’ve never found one either. We’re in the same boat my dude.
