I went to Ramsey’s burger spot in Harrods and definitely think his take on an American burger joint is very much uniquely his own take. 😂 The beef patties were very, very thick and eat more like meatloaf than burger patty. They didn’t have the smokiness and/or charred exterior on the patties. I recall reading on the menu he uses a very specific blend of meat from the butcher shop downstairs. The accompaniments inside of the burger can taste quite dominant because the beef patties were prepared and textured the way they were. Ben you should go to the restaurant sometime and try them out fresh!
trying them fresh would make no difference
Greggs part 3, mince pie, Cornish pasty, yum yums
For the last 3 weeks at least twice a week breakfast has consisted of a coffee and mince pie from greggs 😅 cant beat them
I have tried many great burgers in my life.. and many subpar, and terrible ones… as a kiwi, I think we have pretty good burgers here, but I will ALWAYS bow down to the fact that in many places in America (obviously not fast food chains - though I do still rate In’n Out highly as a novelty for a Kiwi…) you can request how you want your burger to be cooked. There is nothing better than a medium/rare patty…. It will always make a burger better (I mean, I guess if the beef and toppings are good…)
I do not rate Gordon Ramsay’s burgers highly at all… he is an incredible chef - he makes some wonderful dishes… but let’s leave the burgers to the experts….
3:07 i was like yes? no? is it good Ben?
i went here at the cherokee casino and also found the "bone fragments" too!!!
Gordon Ramsays food represents him as a professional chef. Looks good on paper, but is actually mediocre compared to lesser known pro chefs
He's a fraud, his food was world class for the 90s doing French fine dining and basically copying Marco Pierre White. He's been a businessman and TV personality for decades now and his skill has diminished
Who here made the same expression as Ben as soon as he went for the first bite? 😂
Yep
Pot noodles and meal deals are classic UK foods to try, the bombay bad boy pot noodle and chicken & mushroom as well as any meal deal from Tesco
