It was opened and was dry without oil. why was it not filled with oil? Yet there is the level indicator and presence of oil. In my opinion it will not work for a long time without oil. However it could have been cleaned and greased better.As for the disassembly, repair and reassembly, I can say that a good job was done, even if the oil pan gasket was missing.
I have rebuilt over 50 of Ph 65 .I have machined the armature on a lathe ,more then once on some hammers. Must clean out the gaps between the segments and bevel the edges to reduce sparking on start up. Half full the oil chamber with oil ,After extending the felt into the machine.This will extend the life. Also rotate the lower half 1/4 a turn sometimes .It will last longer.
Eine Drehbank ist nicht von Nöten. Eine Ständerbohrmaschine tut es auch. Mit unterschiedlichen Schleifpapier den Kollektor vorsichtig abschleifen. Isolation zwischen den Segmenten prüfen, fertig

The hammer 🔨 end wasn't pulled down properly because it needs to be thoroughly cleaned & the parts right at the end in front of the striker needs to be inspected for wear because it's the part which strikes the bit which slips into the toolholder.which needs to be.unscrewed to inspect the striker. I didn't see the O rings get replaced which should be done every time the machine is overhauled & no Hitachi hammer grease was used meaning that the machine won't Hammer, it's a liquidy yellow grease which is used to lubricate the O rings, striker & piston as pneumatic pressure is created in the piston & striker assembly,the striker also needs to be checked for wear & damage,it won't Hammer with worn O rings. Makita have the same grease as Hitachi do for their jackhammers & rotary hammers !
let him be..these are third world countries man...its a miracle that they have electric screwdrivers....they know crap about jackhammers,bearings etc...just let it be..:)))
Это не ремонт . А неуважение к себе и клиенту. Как можно оставить старую смазку не промыть инструмент не диагностировать состояние подшипников ? Мастер 3 сорт . Таких полно в сервисных центров. Когда им говорят промыть посмотреть что заменить надо . Они отвечают если делать как ты говоришь клиент долгие годы не появиться
Ну заменил подшипник на якоре, хотя если ремонтируешь, то лучше менять все. Потом, статор желательно было прочистить растворителем и пропитать лаком. Да и корпус надо было вымыть, а то смазку в это дерьмо ложить, меня бы сожрал мастер на работе за такой труд.

Armature >> it is basically the heart of the tools, and he didn't actually repair it, he just bought a new one and replace it with the old one even though he might have fixed the old hitachi one by rewinding the armature, if necessary of course, or just cleaning the commutator and testing it for any possible power shortage. this is coming from someone who is not a repair guy, but learnt something from the internet, >> Good manufactured armatures should never be replaced by cheap ones, Yes, the operation is annoying but 100% worth it, and I'd pay anything for someone who is not taking the easier way around and actually taking the extra miles to fix the original great armature to its normal state.

Good that you were able to get spare parts for this old tool. Often parts are just not available, so repair is not possible.

Подшипник как раз остался старый он поменял полностью ротор....
