It was wonky, but it really wasn't too bad.

Judging by the map...is this metroidvania? because if so then i'm so in, the fact that there's multiple characters to choose with combos adds replay value and reminds me of Valdys Story, a criminally underrated hidden gem.

Fun Fact : Some of the guys who made a fan fighting game YEEEEARS ago called Card Saga Wars are making this game. It had cool sprites and had characters like Mega Man X, Cloud, Crono, and Master Chief.
