Thomas' swaps are nutritional yeast and shredded almond cheese, instead of parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella. If 1/4 cup nutritional yeast is too much flavor for your liking, you can reduce the quantity to 2 tablespoons instead of 4. It's there for flavor, so reducing the quantity won't affect the crust binding together!

Is the crust baked again after it is flipped over? So 10 minutes on one side, flip and then another 10 minutes? Then, let it cool and add toppings and then broil for a few minutes?

I added a little red sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni slices. YUM!! I would like the recipe written down with instructions after the videos is made if that's something you would do. Thanks!!

Hi Marla - there are two ways to make cauliflower rice. You can use a box grater with medium-size holes, or a food processor with the grater blade to blitz it into small pieces the size of rice. 😄
