Not sure if you remembered, but gabe wasnt happy when he was blue. He was blue because he was sad about missing her and how much of her life he's missed out on. (He only showed happiness externally, though.) Also side note but that creep performance makes me tear up every time, very glad you didn't have it muted
One of my favorite things about this game, is how you can get to know all of these npc's that are just standing around talking to eachother. Like throughout the game listening to their conversations, is super fun! So I love that you've taken some time to do that so far! :D
I laughed a lot when you were all concerned about remembering an order and then immediately after getting the order, you go full ADHD and yelp “Phone!”
Hey there! If it matters at all, the "L" power up gives you lasers to shot at the blocks and the "C" power up gives you the power to catch and hold the ball to better aim it! (I played that game at the arcade when I was younger... still sucked at it... but there you go! :)
Good job on the jukebox game, ye detectives! Also, this rendition of Radiohead's Creep is lovely. Another great episode, loved watching you both play the arcade games
Thank you for the episode guys :) Love your choices so far, Mac has some audacity to ask you to cover and lie for him lol. Amazing that you also won the game with Steph, every time I try, I lose! I agree, Alex is definitely a more mature protagonist. By the end of the game I felt that she had some traits of Max's, that is curiosity and nosiness, but mostly I think it's Alex just getting into small town drama by simply being there haha.
thank god u guys dont entirely mute the music like other streamers bc music is so integral to all games but especially LiS. Like at least just mute it for the video so im glad u guys do that for the full experience :)

true colors is more straightforward, most of the choices are just to pick between the obviously good and obviously bad option and side activities are just about whether you do them or not, but still the story is better than LiS2 imo
The choices are definitely less stressful but I don't agree they all are, and I don't agree that's a bad thing necessarily. So many of the choices in LiS2 had annoying, invisible impacts which made it a lot less fun for me to play. Here I feel like I'm making an impact, there's a few tough choices and its a great story, so I enjoyed it a lot more

Honestly, as someone who did grow up on Atari and Namco arcade games, I could spend hours just playing those and not progress in the story. XD
