Once again... great video!! very useful tips. I learnt to get it out of the court x4 easily, What worked for me was 1) Pronation of the wrist, but I suggest exercising it and strengthen the muscles to avoid injuries 2) Right contact point 3) Using my body weight to ''fall'' into the ball 4) start practicing as close to the net as posible, slowly trying further. I will definitely try the jump! Thanks again for the video!
I have been watching all your videos to get better on padel. The problem now is when i'am playing, i think a lot of your tips during The game which makes that i'am not focused on The game, only focusing on your tips. Great videos btw, skit bra! Kom igen! Greetings from sweden 👍
Thanks! Something I struggle with is WHEN to start the movement. I seem to often start it late. Second thing I struggle with is WHERE to position myself. If I throw the ball to myself like with a tennis serve I can smash it fine. But I find it hard to smash it during the games. So tips will be highly appreciated! Vamos!!!!
@@OtroNivelPadel That'd be great! It seems that for some people timming comes natural, and for those who get to practice often they eventually get it. But for the rest of us, which can only play eventually and don't have much time to practice, is tricky. Vamoooosssss!!
@@OtroNivelPadel, do you have any tips for someone using the less efficient smash converting to the continental and pronated smash? I mean where to start. :) Sorry for the inconvenience.
Really great video Once I watch your video at the same day I’m practicing the technique My problem is as long as it is training I’m doing perfectly following all your instructions , but once it comes to real game I feel that I forget every thing and start doing very stupid mistake Please help me to avoid such situation What shall I do
An excellent drill to learn the flat smash is to hit the ball ONLY with the pronation of the wrist. You prepare the arm up, throw the ball and hit it only with the movement of the wrist. Is an a basic tennis excercise when you are learning to serve. It's better if you have a partner who send the balls high to you. :)
Great video neroneeee... I have just one question, if I am 1,95 cm can I do a flat smash far the net? Or is better a bandeja ( my bandeja is not very good, but with your video I am improving it)... Vamosss da romaaaaa
Sorry Sven. I normally love your videos and have learned so much from you. But I had to stop watching this one because the effects were making me feel queasy. You don’t need them, your great character is enough. 😁
"Falling" into the smash is by far my biggest challenge with this shot. Great tips with the contact Point.
Thanks! Yes try to get behind the ball :)

No dejes de decir Vamos nunca!!!! Es tu MARCA!!!! Genio
The heavy flat smash is the _only_ shot which came naturally to me in padel weirdly enough. Very thorough tutorial as usual!
Great that your smash feels natural! Thanks!

When you are playing games, your focus should never be on technique. Only tactics :)
