Met Jeff at the RDRC swap meet this past Saturday. I was the guy who bought Toney's 35% Yak. Jeff was a super nice guy. Awesome channel and beautiful field you guys are rocking at. Looking forward to more vids.
This is the PNP version. If it was the bind & fly version with AX3S it would be more smooth in the windy air, why I always get the bind & fly version with AX3S. That was good flight & landing with it being so windy out, congrats.
@@RCPlaneReviewer your right is does look great! I’m just tired of foam planes, been flying them since 2001, when I got back into the hobby. Now I focus on Balsa and ply aircraft. Only foam I fly now are EDF jets! not aware of any great selection of Balsa EDF jets in the 70-80mm fan size. Everything else I fly is balsa. I’m currently building from kit a Balsa USA Enforcer Delta jet, still deciding on keeping it old school with a .65 glow and pusher prop. Or put in one of my 80mm 12 blade EDF fan units?
You guys are doing great videos. Keep up the good work! The old guys at our club always say "The plane doesn't care about the wind, Only the pilot" HAHAHAH Great maiden for a windy day.
I've flown mine 10 times now and I love everything about it but one thing. I think it is slow for a 6s powered plane! I'm putting it down to its size and looking like it's slow.
Keep in me mind when you are ready to part with this sweet bird. Awesome video guys.

Great flight and video, best FW 190 yet, Jeff in LA USA
Glad you enjoyed it too! I really like the Fw190 really surprised the heck out of me in that type of wind!
Way to go man! Great flight!
Thank you!!

Thank you!!!!! Really appreciate !
Any idea if this has reinforcement rods in the fuselage ? I know quite a lot of Eflite stuff does, I’ve been thinking about buying this for a year.
I'm quite sure but I'll double-check the fuselage for sure
A year? Get it bought! I love mine that much I bought a 2nd just incase

What's wrong with foam and what's great about balsa? Only thing I don't like about foam is it's easy to mark and scuff.

Great flying fellas. What do you attribute the propeller sound to? Sounds like a gasser…was something rubbing on the fan just behind the spinner?

Thanks! Will do! Appreciate the positivity!!
Great video guys! Nice landing Bobby! If there was a time to use AS3X today was the day lol
Question; Why didn’t you use AS3X? lol
We wanted to get a true feel for it for the review unbiased and under no gyroscopic help...and we couldnt get it to work properly lol 😆
@@RCPlaneReviewer Nerd 😂
great flying, would you say the heavier wing loading pays off in the wind
Which warbird you recommend as 2nd plane? Greetings from holland
The FW190 is great 👍 the eflite Mustang is very easy to
Tomorrow i get one of the two... difficult decission
The 190 is the most unbelievably forgiving/graceful bird hands down!! I also have two mustangs but the FW is my most enjoyable..

It's slow. Change the propbfrom 3 to 2 blades and it will be much quicker
@@RCPlaneReviewer have you got any recommendations for a 2 blade prop? Size prop pitch? Cheers
