  • Last week, Bradley Ray stopped in to see his sponsor, Shark Helmets, to show off the spoils of a new BSB Champion for 2022. Fast Bikes John McAvoy caught word of this and headed south to Ringwood to get Brad’s story on his rise to BSB success.
With thanks to www.nevis.uk.com for their hospitality, to Shark Helmets for the heads up and of course Brad for giving us his time - and letting us look at his trophy!
    Thanks for watching!

I'm surprised a Moto GP team haven't taken him on tbh

With all respect to Bradley Ray, I know him personally too, but there are very talented strong riders among Spanish riders, I believe he should have gone via Spanish route and not British route, BSB CHAMP, then WSBK Champ then only maybe have an option in MotoGP. Also the problem with BSB Riders, is that they get used to compete in the narrow British tracks, applying different riding technique, which doesn't work on more faster and bigger circuits comparing to other boys who get used to it from the very young age, also testing can't be taking into account as its very little track time comparing to the whole championship running in the UK, I am still surprised people don't understand it, who have funds to move to Spain and build the progress for your young talent rider out there but not from the UK. Bradley Ray is my favourite BSB rider, very quick and talented, wish him all the best.

I remember seeing Bradley in a uk bike mag a few years back…mentioned his street license thing you guys have to go through over there. Quite entertaining stuff, so it was a blast to watch him win this year. Thank goodness for the app that lets me see the racing on tv. 👍🇨🇦🤪

Really nice lad. Also shows the thin line between success and failure.

BSB & WSBK is far superior entertaining races than Motogp

here`s one, rather than have the riders giving interviews holding up their helmets to show their sponsors, why not just put the fking thing down onto a turning Plinth, ?

Really hard to switch from super bikes to GP bikes, totally different animals

I think riders could make the switch but MotoGP teams want them to show up and be winning from the start.
