NOOOOO!!! The ending's gone!!! =( This song is amazing and whoever got to be at this show must have had an incredible time. Coheed & Cambria for life!!!
@kellumspawn I agree with you man The first song I ever heard was The suffering then I went backwards through the records, by the time I Junesong Provision ended I knew I had found a band I would always love (and I still do) but I've only been able to listen to the newer records a once or twice (I actually really like pearl of the stars). I still hope that they'll make another record I really love and at least we still have the earlier records!
finally! ive never been able to find the words to describe SSTB to people who havent heard it, and "screechy nerdy distortion-y" is perfect haha. amazing album, amazing band, amazing hair.
The spoken part in the recorded version is: "I don't believe retirement is included in the contract. What's in the contract is not acceptable. So brush up this contract before I tell the supervisor. The supervisor may be at fault again." At least, that's the most I could make out. I'm fairly sure its that. I don't think it has anything to do with the storyline anyway.
great band, great song. im gonna make the 3000 mile journey to the big apple for the neverender shows. it depends on the dates but if its after mid-september/oct im going for sure.
saw them in st louis last month... full on at the pageant and the acoustic set at the halo bar... his voice is definitely back... though it never really left...... and if you're wondering how the shows were... fucking awesome... the only thing better than a coheed show is a coheed acoustic set... plus now i got two yotbr... one for the car and and a signed one for the coheed wall
@bathroompiano YOTBR is definately worth buying. I bought it last summer and played it all fuckin summer long. It was great for a few months. Now I've settled and it's still good, but not as good as IKS or SSTB. Still worth buying and enjoying though.
When they released Year of the Black Rainbow, I swore off Coheed for good. They became my favorite band when I was 13. I am 20 now, and this video just reminds me that they will always hold that place. No matter how badly they've disappointed me, it can never erase the beauty they created back then. It makes me want to cry- thinking of how they will never be this good again. Time to go stew in my own disappointment after posting this comment that broadcasts how much of a pussy I am.
The first video on here was uploaded in 2005, so yeah, this one isn't too far off. It's crazy how SSTB hadn't even been out for 4 years when this video was uploaded.
whoa, interesting, never thought of that... i wonder who's saying it and who are they saying it too, i need to read up on whose perspective is junesong provision viewing..
he's not playing it any differently than it normally is -- the first two chords are just barred B5's on the 9th fret in drop D tuning, just the way it is in the album. though the two dots on the seventh fret do give the illusion that he is on or above the 12th fret
@kellumspawn I can understand that, but I really enjoyed that album. Not to the extent of the others, but I still loved it. And although I was slightly disappointed with his voice, I was much happier hearing Deranged and the acoustic version of a song off their upcoming album, Sentry the Defiant. It sounds more like it did in the Good Apollos
I havnt heard Black Rainbow yet.. I know the entire CoCa discography up until that album. From all the speculation it seems like im not missing much I really dont think it could hold a flame to IKSOSE3 or Second stage. Good apollo v1 was amazing and v2 even had a few jewels.. but what do you think should i give it a try or stay oldschoolish
Man, I wish I could sing and play guitar like that. Well, I guess I do try and kind of sound like him though. But dude, Claudio is just something else though. He's good.
@bathroompiano I think it's the weakest or second weakest album in the series, but it's still coheed, and it's definitely still worth giving a shot. There are some sick songs on it.
agreed, i think his voice is more controled than it has ever been but he has lost the ability to hits those high notes EASILY. like he can do it at first, but his voice gets strained or something...but it is still a hell of a lot better than i what i will probably ever sing
i'm guessing you saw the movie "full metal jacket"? lol R. Lee Ermy (sp?) is the shaznat...like claudio can't believe i replied a 10 month old comment...
o srry well ... it does suck man i wish there was more footage of coheed and cambria and shabutie like if ppl took video of them they shodd post it i already saw some of the vintage videos but theydont do enough justice for me !!!! lol!!
pyschocomp said- hes probably ready but hes saying..when the time comes where you want to have sex, remember that I still want it" so you said- i wonder who's saying it and who are they saying it too So I made an innapropriate joke saying apollo's saying it to newo.
@kellumspawn Don't linger in the past and accept everything they release, as they can't just put out the same record over and again. Their music matured, but maybe you didn't.....no offense.
this song is like the best ever...although it does have one bad line if taken out of context. "wait for me, i'm still a boy...down there.." is he saying he hasn't hit puberty yet?...poor claudio...lol
why does lil wayne have long hair like a woman? or tht Toby Keith character? Or Beethoven? I can do this to any kind of music. Nice try on the insult though.
Started listening to Coheed in the 5th grade. Claudio is a top 5 vocalist of all time-truly timeless art
NOOOOO!!! The ending's gone!!! =(
This song is amazing and whoever got to be
at this show must have had an incredible time.
Coheed & Cambria for life!!!
New fan here. Their concert with the used was so cool! Best first concert ever!
This man is a genius. Pure pure pure genius.
His voice is perfect in this.
Wasn't expecting those high notes.
this song is so good. the way he writes his lyrics is unbelieveable.
the most relevant and best song ever right now
Whoa, his voice is great in this. Must of warmed up well.
must've*
It's a quote from a movie, I believe Evil Dead or Army of Darkness, I could be completely wrong but I think its one of those
this song tells a lot. fantastic song. i so love this one
finally! ive never been able to find the words to describe SSTB to people who havent heard it, and "screechy nerdy distortion-y" is perfect haha. amazing album, amazing band, amazing hair.

Oh my lord... I have to see Coheed live.
Brings back memories
A modernday led zepplin.. Awesome
great band, great song. im gonna make the 3000 mile journey to the big apple for the neverender shows. it depends on the dates but if its after mid-september/oct im going for sure.
@sbaketown same here man.. i was toasted.. and i felt the same euphoric feeling even when i was sober.
@sbaketown too true dude! they are still my favourite 7 years later!
that show was amazing.
I was there...great show.
@MorendoCrescendo Yes just google Junesong Provision tabs. The tabs will vary from the way he plays it here but you can learn how it is on the album.
saw them in st louis last month... full on at the pageant and the acoustic set at the halo bar... his voice is definitely back... though it never really left...... and if you're wondering how the shows were... fucking awesome... the only thing better than a coheed show is a coheed acoustic set... plus now i got two yotbr... one for the car and and a signed one for the coheed wall
He has quite a high pitched voice
What I wouldn't give to have seen this live.
they are good band live
a must see.

Yeah I heard with every album they put out his voice gets deeper cuz his character in the amory wars is growing up
me and 5 other friends have all their cds and dvds lol so ya they have fans in FL
this is the light in the otherwise dark world of comercialised crappy music
this has to be one of the oldest videos on youtube. holy shit
The first video on here was uploaded in 2005, so yeah, this one isn't too far off. It's crazy how SSTB hadn't even been out for 4 years when this video was uploaded.
@BlacktailTheFox he does have acid reflux, he has said it before live
whoa, interesting, never thought of that...
i wonder who's saying it and who are they saying it too, i need to read up on whose perspective is junesong provision viewing..
i miss the old voice too, but i still like the new stuff...
he's not playing it any differently than it normally is -- the first two chords are just barred B5's on the 9th fret in drop D tuning, just the way it is in the album. though the two dots on the seventh fret do give the illusion that he is on or above the 12th fret

but what do you think should i give it a try or stay oldschoolish
Well, I feel that time has proven that there are some legendary gems on Black Rainbow. Nothing can be IKS but Rainbow is still fantastic
Man, I wish I could sing and play guitar like that. Well, I guess I do try and kind of sound like him though. But dude, Claudio is just something else though. He's good.
im not 100 percent sure but i think it was done in nyack new york
that is soooo true!
@bathroompiano
I think it's the weakest or second weakest album in the series, but it's still coheed, and it's definitely still worth giving a shot. There are some sick songs on it.
Dammit!! I suffer because the song is not complete!!! And he was getting to a great part! Is there somewhere where I can find the entire song?
agreed, i think his voice is more controled than it has ever been but he has lost the ability to hits those high notes EASILY. like he can do it at first, but his voice gets strained or something...but it is still a hell of a lot better than i what i will probably ever sing
@manny1013eg Source please? Statements like "He said in an interview one time..." are also a good place for rumors to start.
Me too :D
Calmer and more emotion to it.
Do you mind uploading the bootlegs?
psychopomp-
I think it's actually claudio who's not ready, because he says "wait for me, i'm still a boy."
they were all sick and were originally gonna cancel the gig but claudio didnt wanna do that so he just went out alone he figured better then nothing
old voice? isnt this his first album? and the best at that.
Shabütie.
Forever.
totally agreed
i miss the more, screechy nerdy, distortion-y coheed.
i wanna see the endingggg.
ExpandedFlame-
Apollo's saying it to Newo.
This video is a decent amount older than me
aaw why did it end there x'(
How many folks have the dragonfly tattoo i've been debating it for awhile now!
But why is Claudio all alone in this gig?? Where are all the other guys?
@SpottedReach i do!
don't you have the full song? please?
i still love IKSOSE3 the most though..
no it doesnt u have no taste if u say tht .. this band is amazing!!
THE END PART IS GONE :[
3:45 Skeletor of the fence
@bathroompiano its a grower dude!
don't you have the whole song? please?
@GodsentHellraiser sounds amazing more like
yup i know...i'm just sayin' if someone has no knowlege of what's happenin' in the story, it sounds kinda funny taken out of context
i'm guessing you saw the movie "full metal jacket"? lol R. Lee Ermy (sp?) is the shaznat...like claudio
can't believe i replied a 10 month old comment...
you think 10 months is too old?
Oh man, this video cutting off was seriously musical blueballs, whyyyyyyyyyyy
successful troll is successful
lmao
what?
Apollo's a dog...
what did I originally ask/say? it's been so long
oh lol!!
@brobst95 He Smokes, He's older and as you grow up your voice goes lower
fact:
claudio sanchez is engaged
not that its any of my buisness
rofl
oh ok.
*ex-girlfriend
Yes, it's an obvious troll. Don't feed it and it will go away.
o srry well ... it does suck man i wish there was more footage of coheed and cambria and shabutie like if ppl took video of them they shodd post it i already saw some of the vintage videos but theydont do enough justice for me !!!! lol!!
let me read :P
pyschocomp said-
hes probably ready but hes saying..when the time comes where you want to have sex, remember that I still want it"
so you said-
i wonder who's saying it and who are they saying it too
So I made an innapropriate joke saying apollo's saying it to newo.
i like the acoustic versian better
YOTBR is the best tho
@kellumspawn Don't linger in the past and accept everything they release, as they can't just put out the same record over and again. Their music matured, but maybe you didn't.....no offense.
lol
unfortunate
this song is like the best ever...although it does have one bad line if taken out of context.
"wait for me, i'm still a boy...down there.."
is he saying he hasn't hit puberty yet?...poor claudio...lol

great tune , but that is woman is very masculine kinda off putting
