Recipe BELOW 🙌 Our fressshhh fish burger recipe from Niel, Head Chef at The Harbour Inn, is simple but oh-so DELICIOUS. If you’re looking for some wow-factor comfort food this weekend, you’ve gotta try this. TOP TIP: You’ll find it easier if you have a food processor 🤓

200g salmon
150g cod
100g king prawns
Half a small onion
2 cloves of garlic
20g capers
20g fresh herbs - tarragon and dill
1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda
Juice of half a lemon
