23:54 The thing they reported unknowingly was the chair. It was facing the wrong way. 28:15 It was the coathooks on the left side, they were missing. 30:20 This one is frustrating. A single piece of trash was missing. The sheet of paper kind of in the middle.
The Arch-Nemesis of The Grumps+Allie: A piece of paper on the floor in the stairway. It happened twice, the caught the anomaly twice, and never noticed it lol. Shit's soooo subtle in this one. I mean in the Entrance, the damn door in the background changed design!
Here are the changes in the rooms that they guessed coincidentally: 7:50 Piece of paper on the ground to the left of the mess missing 8:20 door to the right changed style 24:10 Chair facing different direction 28:30 The little hooks on the wall above the table missing (I also completely missed the changes - I only discovered them by comparing screenshots)
I feel like Arin kinda sets himself up for missing early anomalies by looking at each screen for so long, rather than doing a quicker flip through Edit: oh, I hit send just as he realized the same thing
What's really been messing with my head throughout all of these excellent observation duty episodes is TH-cams shitty compression that keeps making the whole damn video dance. little areas keep going in and out of detail. It's driving me nuts! Love that it's a 3 person dynamic on these.

Okay that “what the fuck man!” At the end was either Dan sounding way too much like Arin, or Arin sounding way too much like Dan and I cannot figure out which one of them screamed that
Dude that SINGLE piece of paper disappearing off of the floor in the apartment stairway (it happens a few times including around 30:35) is INSANELY nuanced. I would never catch that if I didn't pause the video and compare before and after.
I had no idea what this game was so the entire time I had no idea a jumpscare was even a thing until the end….I now have a large bruise on my knee from slamming into my desk while jumping
7:47 There's a paper on the floor in the center that disappeared 19:32 same paper in the stairway went missing 24:11 the chair also in the center changed direction 28:30 The coat hangers on the wall to the left had disappeared
Jump scares usually don't scare me, but My volume was loud and my guard was completely down, the scare was so much that i felt like my body felt an impact, i was WAY too relaxed with the music. holy shit
7:50, there's the tiniest piece of scrap paper on the ground. I couldn't find the difference before the report and after, so I took screetshots and overlayed the before and after to figure it out. The paper is in the middle of the floor, just under the elevator doors.
GOD DAMN THAT JUMPSCARE! I was watching in bloody Full-screen to spot the differences! Also screw that tiny bit of missing paper outside the lift. It took me a solid few minutes going back and forth to even spot it.
Wow, the difference between 30:35 and 30:45 is a missing tiny piece of paper on the ground near their cursor. WTF, never would have spotted that without being able to flip back and forth on pause...
06:55 Judging by the number of x's and squares, in the bottom left hand side corner, I'd say you get 3 strikes and yer out. 17:50 Doors different! The things I caught that changed when they got them right by accident: In the Stairway the paper by the trash went missing In the Entrance the black door changed In Alley 2 the chair changed directions In the Hallway the little thing by the painting disappeared
7:53 The difference between the two stairways is literally a single piece of super subtle trash in the middle of the room. I Think maybe Observation Duty has gone a bit too far.

arin not realizing that the toilet had changed was so disappointing because he's such a poo loving boy how could he forget a throne?
Don’t you mean doody loving boy
I've never screamed as loud as I did at the ending.... Holy crap. And I'm alone in the house too 😭😭
Arin has never yelled like that ever. I didn't see that coming from Arin, he legit screamed 100% dead ass serious.
@@lucastudor5536Arin went "Ah!.... Jesus". Danny screamed like his soul was being torn from his body.
7:49 I saw it. A piece of paper next to the crap on the floor had vanished, reappeared when you reported. And that end was amazing.
8:27 the door on the left was different and had a light shining on it.
Practically invisible, even when you know
Hey thanks man. I always scan the comments on the observation duty videos looking for these
30 min long episode of Observation Duty is simply not enough
okok i know nobody asked BUT list of all anomalies, including the reported ones. if you want the times the grumps reported each anomaly they found (accidentally or not) lmk

8:45 - dead man in coffin - alley 2
9:20 - toilet lid color changes - toilet

12:13 - small box on top of two big boxes moves - alley 2
16:45 - MAN!!!!!! - alley 1
18:18 - painting changed - study
19:38 - that goddamned piece of paper on the floor disappears AGAIN - stairway

27:25 - camera/light anomaly - alley 1
29:46 - door open - hallway
29:55 - THEY'RE BALD - elevator
32:30 - JUMPSCARE! they lost
Achievement unlocked: Yelled "The toilet is different!" 10 times at my phone.
In this new installment of "proving I know the name of common household objects by yelling the words nonstop at my screen: the game" the jumpscare got me real bad and made me want to cover my face but instead I pushed my glasses up my forehead so now I'm aware that the nosepads have kind of sharp edges lmao
I hope they get to play every level of this entry.
24:14 The "something else" was the whole ass chair being moved XD
"I'm sure she was very relieved." Lol Dan trying to top Harley for jabs on Arin.
Funniest part is that they didnt seem to hear the random knockings at all
At what time?
@@PerunaMuayThai 21:37 there's one. There was one earlier during 18 minute mark
Yes, it was super loud to me. The one at the 18-something minute mark was only one knock, kind of quiet. The one at 21-something was three really loud knocks. Maybe it wasn't the game, but someone setting down a cup?
@@Imberis I thought it was arin setting a cup down based on the little noise he made afterwards as if he finished drinking something
But yeah it sounded like a knock
I thought it was Dan _actively_ knocking on a nearby piece of wood regarding some of the declarations he was making.
The elevator looking like big bang theory. Also towards the end there's like a footprint thing at the elevator
EXACTLY
glad i’m not the only one who noticed
*knockknockknock* ANAMOLY
*knockknockknock* ANAMOLY
*knockknockknock* ANAMOLY
THANK YOU omg it is exactly the same layout and camera angle
I wonder if a couple of nerds blew it up with rocket fuel
The anomalies that they fixed and they didn't know what they were:
7:50 - The door on the left was different
24:00 - The chair in the middle of the screen was flipped
28:30 - The hooks on the wall disappeared
This game is my cats favorite thing to watch! She always sits right in front of the TV when I have these vids on
did she freak out at the end with the jumpscare
Hope your cat eventually comes down from the ceiling after the jumpscare at the end
i would pay a million dollars for the isolated audio of dan's reaction to the jumpscare.
* jumpscare warning 32:21 *
u r a god!!! too late though i shit my pants
Lol I knew it was coming, I clicked on it and it still got me haha
23:54 The thing they reported unknowingly was the chair. It was facing the wrong way.
28:15 It was the coathooks on the left side, they were missing.
30:20 This one is frustrating. A single piece of trash was missing. The sheet of paper kind of in the middle.
The piece of paper one showed up multiple times too, it's the tiniest thing with the black and white camera
The Arch-Nemesis of The Grumps+Allie: A piece of paper on the floor in the stairway. It happened twice, the caught the anomaly twice, and never noticed it lol. Shit's soooo subtle in this one. I mean in the Entrance, the damn door in the background changed design!
I am slowly watching all the GG Observation videos, and each time I start a new episode I'm still surprised at how easy it is to miss stuff.
Here are the changes in the rooms that they guessed coincidentally:
7:50 Piece of paper on the ground to the left of the mess missing
8:20 door to the right changed style
24:10 Chair facing different direction
28:30 The little hooks on the wall above the table missing
(I also completely missed the changes - I only discovered them by comparing screenshots)
Yes, let’s observe some doody!
I feel like Arin kinda sets himself up for missing early anomalies by looking at each screen for so long, rather than doing a quicker flip through
Edit: oh, I hit send just as he realized the same thing
"Is it just like... Pernicious."
"Nice SAT pull there."
No, he's just thinking about magic cards 😂
What's really been messing with my head throughout all of these excellent observation duty episodes is TH-cams shitty compression that keeps making the whole damn video dance. little areas keep going in and out of detail. It's driving me nuts! Love that it's a 3 person dynamic on these.
That last Jumpscare really got me i was not expecting that🤣...also Dan and Arins reaction was priceless
Holy Christmas I don’t know if a jumpscare has ever gotten me like that
Also I was just chillin eating my lunch and smacked myself in the face with my chicken wing as it happened and I was going for a bite
arin, passing the bathroom cam: "everything looks totally kosher in here"
me: "the toilets the wrong color"
the bathroom was kosher because the white toilet seat looked so much nicer. that’s an anomaly i’d leave alone
I was watching with a glass of iced coffee in hand, and somehow didn't spill any at the jump scare. With how bad I jumped, it should have all spilled. What luck!
Anomaly reported.
Okay that “what the fuck man!” At the end was either Dan sounding way too much like Arin, or Arin sounding way too much like Dan and I cannot figure out which one of them screamed that
it was Dan lol
32:20 Jumpscare Warning
Freaking, thank you! Everyone in these comments just talking about it and nobody's putting up an actual warning.
That's the first time i've audibly yelled at a jump scare in 32 years of my life
32:20 i have never heard such a gristle and tone from dan like that before
Dude that SINGLE piece of paper disappearing off of the floor in the apartment stairway (it happens a few times including around 30:35) is INSANELY nuanced. I would never catch that if I didn't pause the video and compare before and after.
I had no idea what this game was so the entire time I had no idea a jumpscare was even a thing until the end….I now have a large bruise on my knee from slamming into my desk while jumping
7:47 There's a paper on the floor in the center that disappeared
19:32 same paper in the stairway went missing
24:11 the chair also in the center changed direction
28:30 The coat hangers on the wall to the left had disappeared
Jump scares usually don't scare me, but My volume was loud and my guard was completely down, the scare was so much that i felt like my body felt an impact, i was WAY too relaxed with the music. holy shit
7:50, there's the tiniest piece of scrap paper on the ground. I couldn't find the difference before the report and after, so I took screetshots and overlayed the before and after to figure it out. The paper is in the middle of the floor, just under the elevator doors.
Holy shit my arms are so sore after the immediate tension and release from the last jump scare
GOD DAMN THAT JUMPSCARE!
I was watching in bloody Full-screen to spot the differences!
Also screw that tiny bit of missing paper outside the lift. It took me a solid few minutes going back and forth to even spot it.
The slowness with which they started the level was infuriating.
Allie: This game is so scary! The music: 😊🌴🌻🌹🎸🎶📻
That last bit, I threw my phone never have I ever! I agree Danny,"That shit is like getting hit by a car!"
Wow, the difference between 30:35 and 30:45 is a missing tiny piece of paper on the ground near their cursor. WTF, never would have spotted that without being able to flip back and forth on pause...
This is how I need to end the week. I love this series!
06:55
Judging by the number of x's and squares, in the bottom left hand side corner, I'd say you get 3 strikes and yer out.
17:50
Doors different!
It's a different carving from last time, it had a fancy pattern, this one's plain.
21:45
I heard nocking.
33:00
That came out of nowhere. Giving me a heart attack over here.
Arin and Dan: Playing a scary game.
Music: "Welcome to this chill place everybody. How is your day?"
the way dan got scared and says WHAT THE FUCK MAN?! got me LOLOLOLOL i cant stop laughing lol
7:57 there's a single piece of paper that changes, on the bottom center of the screen. That shit is not fair.
The things I caught that changed when they got them right by accident:
In the Stairway the paper by the trash went missing
In the Entrance the black door changed
In Alley 2 the chair changed directions
In the Hallway the little thing by the painting disappeared
-unfolds from the panicked pretzel that last room turned him into- OOF... cool game. :D
8:45 "Hey Mario! Did you order a dead guy in a tuxedo?"
7:53 The difference between the two stairways is literally a single piece of super subtle trash in the middle of the room. I Think maybe Observation Duty has gone a bit too far.
My new favorite activity is getting super stoned and playing along with them in these play throughs. I get so laser focused and into it that I’ll be shouting an anomaly at the screen as if they’re right here w me. It’s endlessly entertaining thank u
Update on my trip: the ending made my soul leave my body
me watching this episode's first 18 seconds with a sinus infection and eating a cheese pizza: 👁️👄👁️
11:35 did anyone else awkwardly yell out 'THE TOILET!' to yourself like a dingus as they skipped over it lol
my body had the same reaction as danny at that jumpscare. chills through every part of me. i hated every second of it but now that i'm immune i keep replaying it LOL
dan saying “bricked up” abt the door rlly shocked me for a sec lmao
Did Dan casually say "Gee Wiz" casually like he's a character in one of A̶r̶i̶n̶'s̶ Cecil H.H. Mills' books?
Loved Dan's Death of the Endless reference. Just when I thought I couldn't love him more.
Loved the beauty and the beast song, love when Arin sings
the confusing anomalies that got fixed:
7:44 | the piece of trash/paper wasnt in the middle of the floor
8:23 | different door + lighting
24:03 | the chair moved to a different angle
28:20 | the key rings(?)/key holder on the wall disappeared (also aye aye captain dan!)
“A sink is just a high toilet”
-Dan Avidan
I kept exclaiming outloud the toilet changed color. My husband walked by and said it's like I'm watching creepy Blue's Clues! Lol
