I only wish I had been able to afford my own horn I think I could have learned to play this one. I loved being in the band. Had to carry the sousaphone instead of drum. Came to school an hour early to meet Mr Loomis so I could practice. Loved playing the recording bass, a tuba that has a stand, four rotary valves and a bell l pointing up to blend with an orchestra.
