    Marissa is one of the best qigong instructors on here because she explains each step of the process and explains the why of everything. I love doing qigong in the woods so it helps when the instructor explains everything, therefore I don't have to crank my neck and look down at my phone every 5 seconds. Thank you

Yes, some of my movements were a bit stiff due to the body getting used to a new exercise and flow. But I will quickly master it. I'm so happy.
