Please when you talk about housing I don’t think it’s cheap ,, you can never get a 2bedroom for 1million in any part of GRa … the least you get is 1.8 per annum … and the cheapest part to rent a 2 bedroom is a place that’s not fully developed if not from now just a self contained is now 300k 1bed room is now 600k or 650 then 2bedroom is 1million or 1.2… so take joy of that information

    Nice video.
But PHC at 3.6m inhabitants is the 5th most populous city in Nigeria after Lagos, Kano, Ibadan and Abuja (not Benin City).
You can check estimates of the City's population on CIA world Factbook about Nigeria and other sources such as macro trends.
Although Benin is certainly one of Nigeria's largest cities. Especially in terms of surface area.

This is why Fubara is beginning to annoy me!
With his big gilobo gilobo eyes like tadpole, he is wasting precious time engaging Nyesom Wike in petty tit tat politics!!
The world knows that Fubara was "handpicked" by Wike to replace him as the governor!
So all his preening and posturing are pointless!
Especially When Port Harcourt and Rivers state still has so so very much to do!!
He has no business being distracted and can only redeem himself by buckling down and setting about his own impact as state governor!
He is spending too much time visiting other governors and making numerous trips to Abuja!!
There is work to be done, and it should have started from May of last year!
If Fubara needs to be told, Nyesom Wike has already become more impactful in his new job as minister of the FCT Abuja than he has been as governor of Rivers State!
Oyah Oyah Oyah !!! Enough with the "Small Pickin" politics!
Get on with it ! Governance na Big Man job!!

Firstly, Port Harcourt road is as wide as most roads in Lagos and Abuja, she only showed the few places she visited in Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt has new cities Igwuruta and Airport road axis and adding this new cities will easily make Port Harcourt as the second largest city in Nigeria after Lagos, ofcoures every Nigerian knows that Port Harcourt is the Third most developed city in Nigeria after Lagos and Abuja, and Second most industrialized city in Nigeria after Lagos, a huge commercial city, so she can't cover Greater Port Harcourt City, even if she uses drones, it will be almost impossible to cover it, there are new roads by federal government that has 12 lanes incase you don't know..

Portharcourt is useless, really? How come all of you enugu people troop into ph for business and work? How many rivers people live in enugu?... none...but go to all the markets in ph, they're filled with all you people, if ph is useless why come to do business here.?...the only thing you igbo people have is mouth, you go to lagos, abuja, ph to make a living, why is nobody going to your state to make a living?...that is the definition of useless....lagos is chasing you out, very soon abuja and ph will chase you out too...then you can return to enugu the red mod state...hahaha ..

U must be very stupid for calling a state like rivers that is feeding Nigeria useless including ur Enugu bcuz if every state resources remains in each state n u only pay taxes to d center i don't think u can call a state that have two seaport two airport, numerous natural resources better lGR n second highest GDP after Lagos a useless state, sentiment n envy will kill u one day.
