On the aspect of you paying before they put fuel on your vehicle, it's not correct. It depends on the person buying the fuel. He or she may react to the spur of the moment. That's, he or she may pay unconsciously. Or maybe the driver is in a hurry. So , he or she might pay to give the fuel attendant the impression that he's in a haste .

The reason why Nigerians are able to develop at such a large scale is because they are a *self-introspecting* people. They don’t threaten or respond with hostility to objectivity. They have the *confidence* to look within without fear and ask “what’s wrong? What can we do better?” which puts them at a high level of human development and civilization. This is why Naija will become even greater than it already is.

Born in Oyo, Nigeria, living in Canada. I'm planning my trip home to see my family and the old family farm. Seeing your video of Abuja where my mother owned a home for many years brings back many good memories. She sold it off to a church in the 2000s because we didn't visit anymore.
I'm taking a few of my Canadian friends with me who are more excited than I am to go to Africa.

It's ok; we still have the family farm shared with the cousins and a home in Lagos shared with my auntie. There's no shortage of places to stay, but it has been long. I need to visit before the next generation takes over. Most of the aunties are in their 60s now, the cousins have their own families and will be leaving the farm. Its a small window to see everyone
